Sofitel Nanjing Galaxy Suning

This stay at Sofitel Galaxy truly exceeded our expectations, and I have to give a perfect score to Jessica! Her service was attentive and thoughtful throughout: she not only upgraded our room for free but also proactively reminded us to book our exclusive late-night supper. Finally, she helped us secure a late check-out. Every little detail made us feel incredibly warm and cared for. Although the hotel has been open for some time, the quality of service hasn't diminished at all; instead, it showcases the reliability and dependability of a well-established five-star hotel. The location is another huge plus: the subway station is right outside the hotel, offering direct access to all popular attractions. If you're driving, you can park directly on levels B2/B3. Either way, getting around is super convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Nanjing!

It's an older hotel, and its age is its main drawback, but it's still quite good. The breakfast was excellent. What really surprised me was how incredibly spacious the room was – it felt like two standard rooms combined, large enough to fit four beds. While it was huge, I only had one office chair to use, which I had to move around to eat takeout. There were no other chairs available, and the sofa was too low for children. The view was nice though, facing the Nanjing TV Tower, and the sunset was lovely.

The pool is huge, perfect for adults, and also has a kids' area. This stay, the booking receptionist, restaurant staff, fitness center front desk, pool lifeguard, and luggage storage attendant were all very enthusiastic and attentive. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. The family suite is spacious with excellent facilities. From the room window, we had a beautiful view of Xuanwu Lake in the distance and the 'white dolphin' that was about to land.

To be closer to my friend's place, I booked an older, well-established five-star hotel on Shanxi Road that's been open for quite a few years. The room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view. Breakfast was also plentiful. I've even recommended it to friends who have since stayed there.

The staff were all quite enthusiastic. Seeing that we had a child with us during check-in, they thoughtfully arranged a family-friendly room for us, which my child loved. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The 'Little Yellow Duck' themed room is especially great for families traveling with kids. It was a wonderful experience.

A truly excellent experience. I chose this hotel because it's near Shanxi Road, right by the subway station. Plus, the famous Yihe Road, which is great for photos, was bustling with people and offered beautiful scenery. The receptionist was incredibly nice; she helped us get settled into a spacious and very clean room. It was fantastic!

This time we traveled with our child, and the staff member (specifically a young woman, 'xiaojiejie') was wonderful. She helped us arrange a family-friendly room, which the kids absolutely loved because of its decor. They even provided special toiletries for children, which was very thoughtful. The hotel is conveniently located right above Metro Line 5, making it super easy to get to Deji Plaza, Mixc World, and the Yangtze River Bridge. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this place again next time.

I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a suite this time. The view was amazing, and the bathroom had a huge panoramic window where you could see the river in the distance, which was a very comfortable feeling. The room was large and clean. The staff were also very enthusiastic, making for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. It's right next to the subway station, so transportation is also very convenient.

This hotel on Shanxi Road is close to Yihe Road, offering beautiful scenery with lush phoenix trees, making it perfect for a city walk. The staff were all very enthusiastic and arranged a spacious and comfortable family room for us, which was great with the kids. We had an excellent experience and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.
