Renaissance New York Midtown Hotel

Right downstairs is Penn Station. It's a decent four-star hotel for New York standards. Perfect if you're catching a train or a plane the next day and don't want to rush.

The room was a bit small, and the service was terrible; the receptionist and the person at the door were both unhelpful. The hotel has a good location, and the view from the window is beautiful.

Very clean and in a great location, right next to Times Square.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a five-minute walk from Penn station, making it easy to catch the train and also convenient to take the LIRR or subway from JFK. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable, but the room was rather small. Our midtown view room faced 34th Street, and the main problem was the terrible soundproofing. We could hear everything clearly, from the doors of rooms opposite to police cars passing by downstairs. Light sleepers should ask the front desk for a quiet room.

The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the front desk staff are courteous. Located in Manhattan's main business district, the hotel offers unparalleled convenience, making it an ideal choice for both tourism and business travelers.

It's very close to both the train station and subway station, making transportation convenient. However, the air conditioner is very noisy, and its position is awkward, facing the head of the bed, and it can't be adjusted.

The scenery is alright, but nothing special. It's only good because it's high up.
