Amazing location, friendly service, clean room, and our room was quiet. Also, we were very happy that the hotel is pet friendly and allowed dogs. The only thing to note is parking is not included. So if you are bringing a car, there is a parking structure across that street but there’s a fee for parking.

Was so excited to stay here but was dissapointed. The “arcade” room is a fusbal table… couldn’t play it because it was in the work from home area and people were working. room service didn’t come on Friday but attempted to come Saturday while I was in the room. The website said breakfast included and when I got there it wasn’t, then the site said for a fee. The coffee bar took 55 minutes to make 2 kids eggs and 2 smoothies. Room had an horrible view. Overall disappointed.

This is a very nice property with an excellent location in Vail Village. The spa and gym facilities are very impressive for a hotel. However, for the one night we were there the hot tubs and the steam room were broken. This was very unfortunate, as this was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. In addition, the elevator was broken on the day we checked out.

Hotels I want my money back Didn’t get an ounce of sleep because of a broken water pipe and the noise that went along with it. Staff (Gregory) were fantastic and were very understanding and approved a total refund but Hotels holds the money and final say…plus it will take 7-10 business days to get my refund through Hotels according to messages

Easy walking to Vail Village. Free Vail Shuttle stop right outside property. Room was large enough to accommodate our group and everything was extremely comfortable. Staff was excellent, very friendly and provided knowledgeable advice. Spa facility was excellent and included in the stay.

Excellent stay!! The hotel staff was extremely helpful (Thanks AL!). Very accommodating to our baby "Louie". The hotel is nice and the location is great for getting around to the various restaurants, etc. Will definately return!
