The room was spacious. It's located in the "new building" of the Henan Hotel and is freshly decorated. The breakfast was good, and they gave the children free meal vouchers, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was impeccable, attentive, and thorough. I'd definitely stay here again if I were to visit Zhengzhou again. 👍

This hotel is in a prime location, with People's Park and Zijingshan Park within 500 meters. Despite being in the city center, it's peaceful and quiet, making sleeping a breeze. Several Henan cuisine restaurants, such as Guyuchun, are also nearby, offering excellent value. The VIP building, reportedly a former government guesthouse, has been renovated, boasting a charming, antique style. The lobby is stunning, and the front desk staff are friendly. For family trips this summer, the hotel is offering traditional Chinese-style pitching pot games, Hanfu makeup, and traditional paper-cutting. I especially appreciate my personal housekeeper, Ms. Wang Hua, who was incredibly attentive and helpful, from giving our children a surprise gift upon check-in to thoughtfully providing us with a clothes drying rack when we noticed we had a lot of laundry. She also provided us with recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. She was truly dedicated and attentive. Although I only stayed in Zhengzhou for two nights as a layover, I would definitely stay here again. My grandmother also commented that the bedding was more comfortable than in some five-star hotels.

I booked a family room for the spaciousness, but the hotel upgraded it to a parent-child room. It has a small suite with a single bed, perfect for an adult and a small child. The Nezha theme was a favorite of the children, and the hotel service was top-notch. Before check-in, the housekeeper, Hou Jingwen, added me on WeChat to update me on the hotel's location and the local temperature. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Since we were traveling with children and an elderly family, we couldn't make time for breakfast in the morning, so they delivered it directly to our room. The only downside was that it was next to the elevator. Our first night, because we arrived late and the hotel wasn't full, we didn't mind the noise. The next day, from the afternoon until our return, the elevator was incredibly noisy. This shouldn't be a problem during the off-season, but avoid rooms near the elevator during peak season. I hope my next experience will be better.

I always stay here when I'm in Henan. From the reception desk to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, the service is consistently excellent. The managers are also exceptionally talented, making us feel right at home. The room was immaculately clean, and they even added extra blankets to our beds after 9 p.m., which was very appreciated. The bathroom has a smart toilet, and the queen-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The restaurant manager is very friendly, and the staff are enthusiastic. The food is clean, hygienic, and delicious. I especially want to thank my housekeeper, Wang Hua, for her friendly attitude and dedication, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I was particularly impressed with her from my first stay, and I have a deep memory of her. My family members were incredibly satisfied and kept praising her. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Thank you again to every staff member for making us feel so welcome in a foreign land.

The hotel gave us a very comfortable feeling as soon as we entered the lobby. After checking in, the waitress in Hanfu took us to the room and introduced us to the hotel's features, nearby delicacies, and the intangible cultural heritage exhibition in the store. , and then the fruit was delivered. I would also like to commend room attendant Wu Yanjing for her thoughtful and enthusiastic service. This trip to Henan was a very, very satisfying experience. I will come back next time just because of these services.
