Islet Healthy Resort

The room was a bit small, but clean. Location: It's right inside the scenic area, but it seems there's a strained relationship with the scenic area management. They've set up a checkpoint right at the hotel entrance, checking tickets. You have to buy a ticket to enter the scenic area, treated like a criminal. This wasn't clearly stated when booking the hotel, and tickets weren't included. I felt really unhappy upon arrival. What's worse, even if you want to go back to the hotel to rest or eat lunch, the scenic area demands you buy a new ticket, which severely diminishes the experience! The scenic area staff were very aggressive; it was a terrible experience.

Had a truly wonderful stay! The service from Tai Gong was incredibly thoughtful, and the environment was so comfortable. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning was lovely, and having that little slice of Taihu Lake all to myself as I walked around the hotel was just perfect.

The location is fantastic, right inside the scenic area. You can walk straight into the attractions from here. The environment is beautiful and the cleanliness is decent, quite clean overall. The facilities are a bit old-fashioned, but the breakfast is good and quite varied.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Sitting on the small balcony overlooking Taihu Lake was so relaxing and enjoyable. The surrounding environment of the sanatorium is beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. It's also very close to Cherry Valley. Next time I visit Yuantouzhu, I'll definitely choose this place again.

The hotel's exterior is beautifully landscaped, offering pleasant views. The rooms are well-equipped, and breakfast is quite good. However, the cleanliness was a bit lacking, and there was a slight, not overwhelming, sewage smell in the room. Service was mediocre. The hotel should focus on improving staff service awareness, eliminating hygiene blind spots, and enhancing its overall image to elevate the guest experience.

This is our go-to hotel every time we visit Wuxi. The environment is absolutely superb, and the air quality is excellent. While it's a bit far from the city center, that's not an issue at all if you're driving.

Before booking, I called ahead to specifically mention I was traveling with elderly family members. The front desk was very helpful and suggested we stay in the Yingyue Building, which would save us from climbing stairs or hills. I booked a total of three rooms and stayed on the third floor. The rooms were spacious, with views of the lake and greenery right from the window—very satisfying! The hotel is located right within the scenic area, which is a fantastic location. There's a side gate to the Yuantouzhu scenic spot right by the bridge guard post, making it incredibly convenient. Evening strolls were very peaceful, as only hotel guests are allowed in. Highly recommended!

The facilities are complete, and parking is convenient. The room was clean and tidy, I slept very well, and the environment was elegant and quiet, with no noisy sounds. The staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. There's a restaurant right next door, making dining easy. It's very close to Yuantouzhu Park, so after breakfast, we had plenty of time to catch the first boat to the island, enjoying it with fewer crowds.
