"Our trip was perfect! The room was spacious, and there's a parking lot downstairs surrounded by greenery. We were given complimentary tickets to Liyuan Garden (including a boat ride), which was a lot of fun. There's even a special gate from the hotel directly into Liyuan Garden. We didn't get a chance to experience the double-decker bus, though."

"The room was very clean and tidy. Eleanor reached out to us proactively beforehand, providing local information and helping us arrange a room with a great location, so the service was excellent. The room had an especially good view, offering a wide-ranging cityscape of Wuxi. The hotel's location is superb, right by the subway exit, and only a few stops away from the train station. There's also a Black Pearl-rated Chinese restaurant, but unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try it. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive; it could be richer."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right across the road from the Nanchang Street Historical and Cultural District, making shopping and sightseeing super convenient. The staff were attentive, warm, and patient. The front desk lady, number 29, was especially thoughtful; she helped my friend find pain relief patches when they twisted their ankle. They even proactively upgraded us to a bigger room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable."

"The hotel is located in a very good cozy place - right in the Huishan Ancient town. You can spend a nice evening enjoying the old town with a lot of interesting restaurants and a good view. Also the hotel is very close to the mountains where you go go hiking or just walk. We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Always comfortable, clean and with a good service. Unfortunately no photos. But the room was fully matching the pictures in the app i used to book."
