The location is good and the service was generally nice. They even upgraded my room for free, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it's a good hotel, though the bathroom was a bit on the small side. The revolving restaurant offers great views of West Lake, but the food was just okay – the scenery is definitely the highlight there. I'd definitely book the Youhao Hotel again the next time I visit West Lake.
