房間衞生間麪池上方玻璃上本以為是洗手濺上去的水，擦了下粘粘的，看來是留給我的“小確幸”😅
退房時前台小姐姐還送了房間同款洗護小樣及小🎁，出行也很方便，總體還是值得推薦！

房間佈局傢俱很舒適，一開門淡淡香氣，第一印象滿分，非常潔凈，床很舒服，早餐在20樓旋轉餐廳，餐食味道不錯，下次來還住這裏，另外離西湖和銀泰百貨很近，特別方便

雙床房的床有1.35米帶小孩子睡完全無壓力，而且可以兩張床拼起來。窗外風景很好，旋轉餐廳可以看到西湖早餐也很豐富，風景一絕。距離最熱鬧的龍翔橋地鐵站300米非常方便

早上10點多就辦理了入住，還升級了房間，安排在高樓層，迎賓幫忙提行李，第二天延時退房到14：00。早餐環境很好，旋轉餐廳是特色，遠眺能看見西湖。酒店地理位置極佳，交通便利，地鐵站1號線龍翔路出來走5分鐘就到了。酒店出來走到西湖才10多分鐘，大樟樹下逗松鼠玩。周邊商業設施、購物吃飯很便利。

10多年前住過友好，看好酒店重新裝修這次又來體驗了一把。地址位置好，到西湖步行5分鐘就可以抵達。這次訂的是湖景房，在房間也能看到西湖，真的很愜意，性價比很高。房間也佈置的很温馨，提供了虎跑泉水，還有用虎跑水沖泡綠茶的方法，被種草了虎跑水。
早餐在20樓的旋轉餐廳用餐，菜品不算太多，味道還行。能一早上俯瞰西湖也是開啟美好一天的開始。。下次來還會選擇入住

這個酒店的位置沒得説，幾步就到銀泰，再走幾十步到西湖，早餐在20樓旋轉餐廳，邊吃邊欣賞西湖美景，早餐自助餐品種豐富，酒店服務到位，從每一個服務崗位能感受到對客人的重視，酒店衞生好，雖然是老酒店，洗手間不夠大，但其他方面可以彌補這個不足。
