We stayed for 4 nights and we loved Pullman Zamzam Mekkah. The room, food & service were good. Easy access to Masjidil Haram (mataf, 2nd floor & rooftop) and you can hear Imam voice in your room. And everything you need (restaurants, shops, laundry, many services) is all in Zamzam tower. We got unforgettable event for our kids, it was a free Cooking Class in Friday noon. They loved it. Thank you Pullman Zamzam Mekkah for making our Umrah with kids so much easier

It’s a good location and i will always booked here when im going to mecca , but the only my concern is the lift , omg . It’s takes a long time to reach to the level .

I would recommend the stay here for the proximity to haram. However, house keeping needs to do better. Our sheets were not changed for days we had to complain twice. They apologized and fixed up.

A hotel that's not worth the money. Only the location is good; there's no other reason to choose it. There are other hotels in the same location for the same price; definitely choose one of those. I will never stay here again if I return. The room is like an apartment, with a sink right next to the bed. The air conditioning is very noisy. There's a strange smell in the room, probably from recent painting. In the bathroom, there's nothing extra to make life easier besides towels. The restaurant is insufficient for breakfast. During busy times, the elevators are inadequate, and there's a lot of waiting.
