W New York - Times Square

1. The cleanliness was unacceptable. When we checked in, we found that the bed sheets were dirty. We called the front desk at around 10:00 p.m. to request a change, but housekeeping did not arrive until nearly midnight . 2. I usually leave a tip for the housekeeping staff every day unless I accidentally forget. However, on the one day I forgot to leave a tip, we were given only one bottle of water, even though there were two guests staying in the room. In fact, we also received only one bottle of water on the first night. 3. There was water leaking from the ceiling above the toilet. 4. The soundproofing of the windows was extremely poor. Even though our room was on the 30th floor, the outside noise was still very loud. 5. The security staff at the entrance did not offer to help with our luggage. They saw us struggling with our bags but made no effort to assist.

Excellent location for Times Square, Broadway, and the metro. Very easy to get to Penn Station or to the airports. They even let us check in hours ahead of schedule, since we arrived so early (around 10 or 11am).

Excellent location in the heart of Times Square. Amenities are a bit run down though, only one out of three elevators was working the days I stayed. Not recommended if you’re looking for efficiency and business travelers when time is essence.

The hotel has a prime location in the heart of Times Square. It's a modern hotel with new furnishings. The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor and has great seating.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Fantastic view, amazing location situated on Broadway just off Times Square. Rooms very big and very clean, comfortable bed and amazing staff! Doorman downstairs were especially fantastic.
