Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay

A very satisfying trip. Although it happened to be typhoon season, the hotel's garden facilities were a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, and the sea view was quite nice. We experienced both the pool and the hot springs, and breakfast was a dim sum buffet. We'll definitely come again next time.

The hotel also features an outdoor infinity pool, boat tours around the lake, and freshly steamed Cantonese dim sum for breakfast. With impeccable attention to detail and attentive butler service, it's the perfect choice for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The hotel also provides a complimentary travel photography service. I highly recommend the photographer Xiao Wan (University).

My stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay exceeded all expectations. The Lingnan gardens combined with the private hot springs overlooking the sea created an incredible resort atmosphere. Watching the sunset from the private hot spring terrace was absolutely therapeutic. Bob from the concierge team was particularly impressive; he immediately helped us with our luggage as soon as we arrived. During the boat tour, he meticulously explained the hotel's facilities and layout. He was also incredibly patient in helping us with taxis and finding good food recommendations. His high-quality service truly shone through. I will definitely choose this place for my next vacation.

The facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean, the environment is beautiful, and the service is thoughtful with a warm attitude. It's very quiet and pretty. The kids had a great time and the adults were relaxed and happy. There are many spots for amazing photos, and Zhuhai Grand Theatre (Sun & Moon Bay) is right across the street.

Aubrey and Ella provided excellent service! The Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay is absolutely perfect for travel photography! I highly recommend photographer Meng Ye!! The hotel boasts beautiful Lingnan and Nanyang-style scenery, an stunning infinity pool, and a breathtaking private beach sunset. All rooms offer full sea views, and the service is meticulous and attentive. You can get great photos effortlessly. It's quiet, healing, and the top choice for a vacation and photoshoot.

Ella and Lucy provided exceptional service – they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Their warm and appropriate demeanor made our entire stay very satisfying. Kevin, the server in the breakfast restaurant, was also very professional, helping us with many issues and always having a great attitude.

This is my second time here, and the hotel conditions are still excellent. What really surprised me was Cecilia's warm service and professional attitude. I have to thank her – even though she wasn't on duty, she found out I had checked in and specifically arranged for my room upgrade to be discounted and for a late checkout. For a relaxing family vacation in Zhuhai, we chose the Banyan Tree, and it was a fantastic decision. The suite was clean and comfortable, and the food at the Sturgeon restaurant exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with items made to order and steamed fresh. The dining environment was quiet and elegant. A special shout-out to Cecilia for her efficient check-in and check-out service, and to our butler, Ella, for her thoughtful greetings. Both ladies were always smiling, worked quickly, and provided patient service, answering all our questions promptly. As this was a leisure trip with our child, the hotel offered daily classes, and our little one especially enjoyed making a handmade bubble bath bomb and participating in a sand painting class. That evening, they even used their own handmade bubble soap for a bath, which they absolutely loved!
