Xiamen Underwater World contains more than 10,000 marine animals covering 350 marine species from all continents and oceans. Show More ReviewsThis long-established underwater world in Xiamen boasts a rich variety of marine life, offering a nostalgic and charming experience, and is definitely worth a special trip. Unfortunately, we visited around the time of a typhoon, making the outdoor heat sweltering. The indoor air conditioning was noticeably inadequate, and while the performance area was relatively cool, the sperm whale exhibit was extremely hot, severely impacting the visitor experience. Temperature aside, the exhibit layout and the number of fish species were excellent, so overall, we still recommend it.
