Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay

Very large and grand hotel that has been well maintained. Offers incredible value for weekdays, particularly those visiting universal studio. The free shuttle bus to Universal studios is fantastic and very timely with reservation. The breakfast is really good, loved the eggs benedict. The view outside of the window is amazing, and the location next to the station is very convenient. Few issues: while the hotel is well maintained, the carpet is quite old including level 20 where we stayed and has a bit of a smell. Luckily the ventilation system is quite good and fresh air circulation can help negate it. Also on one random morning the bathroom had some sour sewer type smells, which only appeared during that time. The location also requires a transfer at cosmo square if trying to access the rest of osaka subway, which is not that bad honestly and quite convenient. Overall, the hotel demonstrates the grandness and age of a different era, is incredibly well maintained, spacious and incredible/unbeatable value at the right price point.

The hotel staff are very polite and responsive.Room cleaning service was on time. Recommend to others🉑

It was a nice hotel. Not the most convenient area but for us ,we needed the space. The staff were more than welcoming and they had a shuttle service that came in handy. You just need to reserve in advance.
