Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! From Kansai Airport, you can buy a limousine bus ticket to Nanko, Tempozan, or Universal Studios from exit 3 for 1800 JPY per adult. It drops you off directly at the hotel entrance, making it perfect for families traveling with seniors and children. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Universal Studios daily. Compared to hotels right at the Universal Studios entrance, this one offers excellent value for money. You can book the shuttle and manage the number of passengers by scanning a QR code; the interface is in Chinese, which is very convenient. There are also free daily shuttles to Shin-Osaka Station and weekend shuttles to Umeda Station. The hotel has water dispensers on each floor with both hot and cold water. On the basement level, there's a Lawson convenience store and several restaurants. The hotel also offers buffet lunch and dinner, with prices varying for weekdays and weekends, and for lunch and dinner.

I highly recommend Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay! The room was spacious and clean, and the sea view was absolutely stunning, perfect for watching the beautiful sunset over Osaka Bay in the evening. The hotel offers free shuttle buses to Osaka Station and Universal Studios, which makes getting around so easy. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the facilities like the pool and gym were excellent. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, making for a wonderfully comfortable vacation. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka!

Fantastic location in the Bay Area, very convenient for getting around, especially for those traveling by car. The Prince (hotel) is excellent!

Horrible. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It's located on the waterfront, but the view is of an industrial area. We stayed for one night and specifically chose a hotel with a pool, but we couldn't use it. You apparently have to book it in advance through the fitness center, which is absurd. The outdoor pool costs extra and also requires a booking. Kids aren't allowed in the evening after 10 PM. The hotel is old, probably from the Brezhnev era. There's no bottled water in the room, but there's a water dispenser on the floor. Breakfast was generally okay, standard fare, but water was dripping from the ceiling right into my plate during the meal. Photo attached.

At night, Osaka Bay twinkles with lights, the city's nightscape reflecting beautifully on the water – it’s gorgeous both day and night. 🏨 Elegant Design, Comfortable Rooms The hotel, formerly a Hyatt, boasts a retro-modern Art Deco style throughout, with marble columns and brass accents exuding sophistication. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is large with excellent water pressure. The lighting is thoughtfully designed and cozy, with a sense of quality evident in every detail. 🤵 Attentive Service, Like Home The front desk staff and all other personnel were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. When a guest had an unexpected issue late at night, the front desk reacted swiftly and handled it adeptly. The executive lounge's happy hour offered a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including champagne, and a thoughtful variety of non-alcoholic options too. 🏊 Excellent Facilities, Utmost Convenience Guests have free access to the indoor pool and gym, and there's also an outdoor garden pool and spa. A Lawson convenience store is conveniently located in the hotel's basement – so handy! It's just a 3-minute walk to Nakafuto Subway Station, and there's a free shuttle bus service to and from JR Osaka Station. Plus, it's super close to Universal Studios Japan. 🍽️ Diverse Dining, Delicious Offerings Multiple restaurants provide a variety of choices. The comprehensive breakfast is light yet features Japanese specialties, with fresh and sweet fruits. The seafood salad and other dishes in the executive lounge were also quite outstanding. Whether for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or solo travel, this hotel is simply perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka! Highly recommended to all friends visiting Osaka!
