The hotel is amazingtruly worth every penny. Very kid-friendly: they provided children’s toothbrushes, toothpaste, cookies, and special cutlery, plus a dedicated kids’ breakfast area. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Even though we don’t speak Chinese, they went out of their way to communicate with us using translation apps. The location is also excellent close to Wulin Square and only about a 15-minute walk to West Lake. Highly recommended. Thank you, Atour X Yan’an Road

Very clean and comfy rooms. Location very near to 凤起站exit A and B. Easy to board and alight from Didi taxi. Good service from staff. No problem asking for late check-out. Especially love the waist massager in the room. Recommended!

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the subway exit. It's also within walking distance to surrounding areas like Intime Department Store, Kerry Centre, and the core scenic spots of West Lake. The room was clean and even came with a small massager, which was great for relieving travel fatigue. The staff were very welcoming and gave a small gift. I'll definitely be back!

The room was clean and tidy 💗. The front desk service was excellent, especially patient with children. There was even a Christmas tree in the elevator lobby that our kids absolutely loved, really setting a festive mood. We'll definitely stay here again next time, highly recommend!

I stayed at Atour Hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The room was noticeably unclean and felt old, which really affected my comfort. The bed was tough, the pillows were uncomfortable, and I struggled to get a good night’s rest.
The room layout was also very strange. There was no proper space to hang clean clothes, and even the shower area didn’t have anywhere to hang used towels or dirty clothes. It made the stay inconvenient and far from relaxing.
The experience was disappointing enough that I ended up shortening my stay and changing hotels altogether. For the price and reputation, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
