Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier(Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Nakanoshima Premier on Feb 26, 2027)

Terrible hotel. The staff looked miserable. On October 6th, I requested a cancellation, but the hotel rejected it. When I checked in on October 8th, the body wash came out completely watery at first and only turned to normal consistency after pumping a bit more. Then I noticed the bottle could be unscrewed, and I couldn't help wondering if the liquid inside was urine, water, or something else. I contacted the front desk, and a staff member immediately replaced the body wash, telling me that the formula is naturally runny. I found this absolutely absurd.

This was my first time staying in downtown Osaka, and I spent a long time looking for a place. I remembered seeing a small island between two rivers before, which led me to this hotel. It's a bit far from the subway station, but thankfully, they have a shuttle bus.

The room was clean, check-in at the lobby was efficient, staff were flexible and attentive, and we received 2 bottles of water daily in the room.

The hotel's location is great, just a few minutes walk from Exit 4 of Higobashi Station. Plus, the hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service to Umeda. The triple room was also quite spacious. I accidentally left some clothes in the wardrobe when checking out, but thankfully they were found in the end. A big thank you to the hotel staff!
