Location is about 7mins walk to the Ben thanh metro exit 6. Close to many food options as well. There is free flow snacks, drinks, beer and cup noodles on top floor as.well.

It’s value for money because daily breakfast are provided, there’s also free flow of snacks, instant noodles and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at level 9

You wont go wrong with The Hammock Hotel. Friendly staffs and nice cozy and spacious room. Snacks, cup noodles, soft drinks, milks, soya, bottle water are ready for you to refill yourself. Oh ya, with beers! Just a short walking distance to some attractions. I will come back here again. If you are sensitive to noise, you may request to room away from the road.

Awesome hotel so far for my very first family trip 4d3n in Ho Chi Minh City. Location is superb ! Follow by all nice place and nice food by walking distance. Staff at counter and Guard of hotel are sooo friendly, service superb and will help us open door follow by carry our luggage immediately when we arrive. The most lovely thing is they do provide free drinks and snacks include beers at level 9 public rest area. Nice view to enjoy, chill tgt with some board game and theres some hammock upstairs at rooftop to rest. Super recommend to stay here, especially with friends and family in group.👍🇻🇳

This is the 2nd room type which I stayed in. First of all I found that there're two Hammock Hotel in HCMC. I like my room at the 8/F thus I could reach the communal canteen area on the 9/F, however the canteen needs to enhance cleaning as the floor was wet and the rubbish bin was full. The downside also included that the safe box in my room didn't work properly, fortunately I hadn't place anything inside. Another defect was the drainage in the shower was severely clogged, soap water took almost 1-2 hrs to clear, I wonder why the property handyman failed in daily maintenance. I went down to the down to the front counter for help, the staff told me that the cleaner is off duty at night so the earliest time to fix it will be tomorrow. Thus I had no choice but move to another hotel on the next day as I couldn't take a shower properly.

Breakfast is good, service is good and friendly, free drinks at 9th floor is very nice but I had a nightmare in room 301 1. Every night there will be something disturbing your sleep, fire alarm, drilling noises to repair the lift etc 2. The room is very noisy as it is facing the main road, lots of honking late at night and early morning, karaoke singing (screaming) etc 3. During my stay the lift broke down for 3 days but we were told each day that it will be fixed the next day 4. Laundry was the most disappointing, my clothes stopped midway and the water wouldn't drain so idk if it's even cleaned, and the dryer runs but has no dry heat.. I had to collect all my wet clothes after hours of cleaning to be hung in my room to dry Overall the concept and service or The Hammock is good but the maintenance is poor and I would not come back again
