This hotel was the perfect grand finale to our family's Christmas and New Year's trip, and I'm so glad I chose it. It's right next to the airport and Jewel Changi, making the location incredibly convenient. The most important thing is that, unlike other airport or train station hotels that often try to overcharge transient travelers while claiming to be four- or five-star, this hotel offers spacious rooms and extremely high hygiene standards. We had to check out by noon, but our flight wasn't until 3 AM. We didn't want to pay for a late checkout, which would have meant paying for another half-day or full day's stay. The customer service allowed us to use the swimming pool, changing rooms, and shower facilities. This was absolutely crucial, as it meant we could enjoy a comfortable hot shower around midnight, with towels provided, and then head straight to our flight to sleep. Without this considerate gesture, our family would have been in a difficult spot or forced to pay extra for a late checkout.
