The location is convenient, with tram and bus stops not far away. Both the room's bed and the bathroom are quite spacious and comfortable. There isn't a lot of space to open luggage, but a 20-inch suitcase fits fine. Breakfast was decent, though it lacked fruit and made-to-order noodles, but the price for breakfast was reasonable.

Conveniently located just one train ride from Kyoto Station, this hotel was packed with tour groups. We had to wait for the elevators and at breakfast, which wasn't as tasty as at other hotels I've stayed at. The service, however, was still very good.

There are travel groups when we r staying there. There is microwave to heat up your food and drink stations at the lobby. Very comfortable beds for 2 adult and 1 kid

Gym costs money, breakfast was just so so. Staff don’t care much even if a guest doesn’t shower before entering the public bath. No views at all from the room. Decent size tv, that’s about the only acceptable thing. Hotel isn’t new by any measure, surely not premium.
Staff were not courteous nor helpful. Not recommended.

We had a good stay there. The service is good. Room is clean. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. It’s about 8-10mins walk to the nearest subway station. 20-25mins walk to the market. The hotel provides tea, coffee and water at the reception. There are washing machines, ice machine and vending machines on the same floor. Their public bath is clean and good.

Wonderful journey in kyoto and really enjoy the scene and comfort in walking around the city.
The hotel has a good location, like it as it is highly affordable,would recommend to other tourists to Kyoto.
