Satisfied 👍! You can watch the sunrise right from the room's balcony. The room is spacious, bright, and the facilities are new. It's very convenient to get to both Viewing Platforms 1 and 2. Although breakfast is not a buffet, it's nutritionally balanced, fresh, and delicious. They even gave us complimentary rice wine 🍶 with dinner. Morning Glow in the Clouds (Yunshang Chenxi) is a great place to stay in Longji.

The guesthouse is situated on a rather steep slope, which gives it fantastic views, comfortable balconies, and a dining terrace. I imagine that before October 15th, you can enjoy magnificent autumn harvest scenery, but all we saw was withered grass. The room we stayed in was very spacious for two people, and the layout was quite comfortable. However, areas that need improvement include the unstable shower water temperature, as well as the very thick duvets provided. At this time of year, using the duvet makes you too hot, but going without makes you too cold, so I woke up several times during the night. Other guesthouses I've stayed at adjust the thickness of their duvets reasonably according to the season. Because the autumn harvest of the terraced fields in Longji was so breathtaking when I visited two years ago, I paid a hefty price for transport and accommodation this year to bring my daughter to experience it. Upon arrival, we found out that the so-called "harvest on November 1st" was nothing more than a commercial gimmick. The rice stalks were drooping and withered, and the entire mountain was just a pile of dead grass—gone was the golden splendor of past harvests. The driver remarked that compared to the economic benefits brought by tourists, the rice left to rot in the fields was no big deal, and told us not to give our money to the shuttle bus driver. The guesthouse owner later stepped in to get a refund for us, but then drove super fast on the mountain road in a rush to pick up their next booking, which made me so carsick that I had to lie down as soon as we reached the guesthouse, leaving me with no energy to visit Viewpoint No. 1, which was right on our doorstep. The ruined itinerary and mood can't be recovered... On the return trip the next day, we couldn't book a large bus, and we didn't dare let the guesthouse arrange a car for us either. Instead, we called a Didi Hitch (carpool) from the Dazhai parking lot, which was both comfortable and cheap, though it took a bit of effort. I'd advise everyone to use a reliable, official platform for travel. If you're not pressed for time, there are many hitch drivers at the scenic area entrance; it just takes about 40 minutes for them to drive up and pick you up. With platform regulations, the drivers' conduct is relatively better, and they won't arbitrarily hike up prices once agreed. The total cost, including highway tolls, came out to about half of the other options...

The guesthouse has a fantastic location, close to Viewing Platform No. 1 with direct views of the Longji Rice Terraces right outside, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Although the owner isn't big on smiling, they are actually quite warm and enthusiastic—when picking us up by car, they proactively took us to a popular spot for night views. The food at the guesthouse is also very good; the prices are slightly higher than outside, but that's understandable. Overall, highly recommended!

I booked this room for my family. It's very close to Viewing Platforms No. 1 and No. 2. There's a restaurant on the ground floor and a parking lot where you can drive right up, which is very convenient. The host was warm and welcoming, always ready to help with any request.

An absolutely stunning hotel with a fantastic environment. The food was delicious, and you can drive your car right up to the entrance, which is super convenient. Without the tourists, this place would be a true paradise away from the hustle and bustle.

Located right near Viewing Platform No. 1, the room was clean with stunning views. The owner was friendly and the food was delicious. You can soak in the bathtub in the room while enjoying a totally different kind of beautiful and exceptionally peaceful night view. I'd love to come back again!
