"I stayed 3 nights, ate every dinner there and would absolutely come again! I was super lucky to get an upgrade on arrival (see photo of the view from my balcony 7am in the morning) I‘d read that staying 3 nights was too long, but for me it was perfect. I did the dazhai to ping‘an hike one day and took the gondola up the next day. On my last morning they even drove me down to the parking lot to get on the right bus. Super sweet! Only minor issue: my room was a non-smoker room and it really did not smell of smoke at all unless I tried to use the aircon. Somehow the air coming out of the aircon smelled of smoke. For me that wasn‘t a huge issue as I decided not to use the aircon & was fine."

"The B&B's location is fantastic, offering breathtaking views directly overlooking the terraced fields – truly picturesque! You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into it. You can drive quite close to the B&B, and they'll help you with your luggage up a short flight of steps. The B&B's car provides transfers to the cable car station (for viewing platform 3 and Jinfo Peak). Viewing platform 2 is just opposite; they'll drop you at the foot of the mountain, and it's a 15-25 minute climb to viewing platform 2 (the Thousand-Layer Heavenly Ladders). We had dinner on the first day and lunch on the second day at the B&B, and the food was delicious, especially the egg-fried rice, which had that wonderful 'wok hei' flavor. They served complimentary rice wine with every meal, which was sweet and had a very low alcohol content. The B&B also offers coffee and other beverages. They even gifted us two bottles of rice wine at the end! We booked two rooms; this particular room faced the terraced fields directly and had a balcony. You can also try catching fish in the rice paddies, which was a lot of fun."

"Perfect food, perfect location and good service, someone came to pick us up and back to the parking near the village, just think in advance you have to pay an extra for entering in the area. The view from the room was amazing (photo) and the confort also. Just no hot water in the balcony tub. Try to show early at dinner and breakfast or you will miss your turn ! And you absolutly don't want to miss their amazing meal"

"The room was fantastic and brand new! I was surprised to find so many smart devices, comparable to a new hotel, up on the mountain top. The room had a washing machine, a smart toilet, and voice control throughout. The guesthouse facilities were also excellent. Not only was the food delicious, but staying here saved us 100 yuan in cable car fees round trip, as we could enjoy the terraced field views right from our room. The observation deck by the cable car was less than a ten-minute walk away. And finally, for new energy vehicle owners, this place is a blessing – the owner has slow charging available! When we left, the owner even gave us a souvenir and drove us down the mountain. The entire experience completely exceeded our expectations."

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to Jinfoding and the Thousand-Layer Sky Ladder. The staff, both the guys and girls, were really enthusiastic and gave us very clear directions, even reminding us to drive carefully on dangerous roads. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a great dry/wet separation for the shower. The bedding and towels were all very clean. The hotel restaurant serves lunch and dinner, and you can even catch the sunrise in the morning. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful and well-designed environment, with a viewing platform where you can relax. And a hidden menu! Delicious 😋"

"This time I came to my friend who just lived a few days ago and recommended it to me. It is really a friend who strictly chooses hahaha 😎. I'm a bit of a clean guy, but the hygiene work in this house is really good! (I stayed in another famous hotel a few days ago and felt that the quilt was uncomfortable to sleep, but the quilt in this house was really very comfortable! ! ! Very soft and very clean, so I slept very comfortably for three nights in this house ～) The toilet is also very clean. It is separated from wet and dry. The toilet is considered a hotel level. Clean people strictly choose ～ The boss butler waiters are very good (when we came, we were afraid that we would not be convenient to pick us up at the airport. It was really a five-star service, which was great 👍) And this one has a clothes drying function, our clothes are washed and my sister will help us dry, 👍👍 The design of the famous hotel is very beautiful, and it is a blockbuster everywhere. "It rained quite a bit in May, and it was raining when we visited, but the misty Longsheng had its own unique charm. The hotel was incredibly photogenic 📷. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and all the little details were well thought out. We stayed in a family room with a smart toilet 🚽 and Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures. The water pressure and temperature were stable, and they even provided a children's step stool at the sink. The toiletries were also of great quality 👍. The hotel has a restaurant on the first floor with affordable prices and good food. I recommend dining at the hotel, as guests get a discount. Parking is convenient 🅿️; you can park right in front of the hotel, which makes it easy to unload luggage. The hotel also has an elevator 🛗, making it a comfortable and easy stay with kids, very suitable for family travel."

"This is a wonderful hotel! Obviously the view is the star of the show but the hotel does a great job highlighting it. The wooden construction makes such a peaceful atmosphere. And it smells so good:) The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We had a relaxing morning sipping tea on the balcony. The small child loved the pool (billiards) and the pool (though it was a bit chilly when we were there). The path winds over the front terraces of many hotel and this was one of them. So fun to see travelers as we ate dinner. Easy hikes to other view points from the hotel door. The breakfast was nice. I thought the meals would have had more fresh produce given the season (spring) and location but it was still good. Highly recommend."

"Facilities: The room has everything you need! The facilities are complete; the owner goes downstairs to the parking lot to get your luggage, and there's an elevator upstairs! Cleanliness: The guesthouse was newly renovated at the beginning of the year, but there was no smell at all. The owner used high-quality materials, and the room was spotless. Environment: The most important aspect – you can drive right up to the guesthouse! The upstairs rooms offer direct views of the rice terraces, located between Viewpoint 2 and Viewpoint 1. It's a 10-minute walk to both viewpoints. Service: Impeccable. The owner is incredibly welcoming, especially her cooking – a must-try! Even my picky wife and son raved about it. The owner kept offering cigarettes, haha! She was always there to let us know if we needed anything or had any questions, and she even gave us a detailed explanation of how to explore the Longji Rice Terraces! Thank you so much to the owners for their warm hospitality! The breakfast they served on our way home was delicious. This trip to Longji was perfect. Wishing them continued success and prosperity! Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the owner. My child had lost their watch at the hotel, and even though we had driven away some time ago, the owner called to let us know and then drove after us to return it. He repeatedly reminded us to drive carefully on the mountain roads. Thank you so much! 🙏"

"We arrived at the B&B around 3:30 AM and couldn't find the exact location. We called the owner, who then drove out to guide us. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The view was beautiful; we had hoped to see the sunrise but it rained, which gave us a different kind of scenic experience. We had lunch at the B&B the next day, and the owner was very kind, and the ingredients were fresh. I highly recommend this B&B!"

For families like ours, this was an absolute lifesaver, saving us a lot of hassle with luggage. The rooms were impeccably clean and felt very comfortable. All the in-room amenities were new and modern, which gave both me and my family complete peace of mind. Overall, our stay was exceptionally pleasant. "We stayed at the Longsheng Huanlongge Panorama Inn for one night while visiting the rice terraces. We arrived at the hotel after taking a bus and then taxi from Guilin. The hotel is up a hill from where the taxi can drop you, but your luggage is carried up to the top using a special winch system! On arrival we were offered tea and local berries which were lovely. We had our room upgraded to a suite at the very top of the hotel building which offered amazing views over the rice terraces from its private wraparound balcony! The room itself was clean and comfortable with a huge amount of space. We ate dinner in the hotels restaurant which was tasty and reasonably priced when taking the location into account. One of our highlights was the included breakfast, there were lots of different parts of it, which were all delicious. After checking out we hiked through the rice terraces to Ping’an where we caught a bus back to Guilin. The hotel were also very helpful advising us about the hike, buses, luggage storage etc. They also had a very cute dog who was very well behaved! A big advantage of staying here was experiencing the rice terraces before the bus loads of tourists arrived. We would recommend staying here."

It has its own outdoor hot spa open 18 hrs a day and easy access to the public spa complex which includes also a large pool. The rooms are comfortable albeit a bit dated. Staff is extremely helpful and make a fantastic coffee. They sorted our transport to the rice terraces and back to Guilin airport when Didi let us down. Authentic Chinese breakfast is served. Recommended if you like a hot spa treat"

"Excellent location , in the Dazhai village center, easy 7 minute walk to the Dazhai parking lot for the cable car and the local buses to Ping'an and long hair show village (forgot the name). You can also walk to three observation platforms from the foothill to hilltop. Room: spacious, clean, with all the amenities as described. Hosts: a young couple with kids and mother, nice, welcoming people. Although they do not speak English, you can easily communicate via WeChat. They helped me with booking a bus to Guilin. The hotel is recommended for nice views and local village experience. I would like to have a menu, as well as a sketch map of the area with observation platforms, villages, hiking routes in English. Information on local events and local but routes/ schedules would also be helpful for non-Chinese tourists."

"We had a wonderful stay at this mountain retreat. The hotel was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was that the rooms looked exactly like the photos — no surprises, just exactly what we hoped for. The food was a highlight. The traditional style dishes were cooked with real, fresh ingredients farmed locally, including free-range chicken, mountain mushrooms, and potatoes. You could really taste the difference, and it gave us an authentic taste of the local culture. A lovely bonus was the partnership with a photo shoot experience, where you get to dress in traditional local attire. After the session, you can choose three free photos to keep, and best of all, there was zero pressure to buy any of the extras. It made the whole experience feel genuine and generous rather than commercial. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and culturally rich mountain getaway. We’ll definitely be back!"
