The best hotel I have stayed in Tokyo! The location is a stone throw from Shibuya station, the room is amazingly big to open up 2 large luggages and 1 medium luggage at the same time, there is also complimentary snacks for hotel guests from 6.30pm to 10pm. The only downside seems to be there is no heater in the room for winter season (or maybe its just me that doesnt know how to operate 😆). I strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

Fantastic location just a cross road away from Shibuya Station , and a hop and skip away from Hachiko statue and Shibuya crossing.We got in via Narita Express and dragged our luggage across the street to the hotel which was easy to find once you spot Bic Camera and McDonalds. Room was tiny but still very comfy and does the job if you wanted to be very close to the train station. Very quiet too so we slept very well. Plenty of amenities including laundry machine and dryers. Great spot for shopping and eating. Highly recommended if you don't mind small rooms.

The staff is able to communicate in English. Check in and out is fuss free. The hotel provides simple snacks for its guests at the hush hush restaurant from 1800 to 2200hrs. The room is small but it is a norm in Tokyo. Lotions, comb or shaver can be self picked up at the reception area. The room is clean and the location of the hotel is a plus. Shibuya crossing is just around the corner.

Superb location near shibuya cross, with variety of shopping and dinning options. Room may be small for bigger size traveller but overall is good, clean and staff are friendly.
