-Basement parking is available (RM10 per entry), payment at the reception.
-Check-in and check-out were smooth.
-Breakfast was pretty basic and mundane. The hot water and coffee machine( 2 in 1 machine) might need checking, the drink had an unpleasant smell(smell like cockroah) OR possibly due to internal steel components beginning to rust. Please check.
-Room was okay. Requested honeymoon decoration but didn’t receive any feedback or setup.
-The area outside the hotel felt a bit shady.
-Just my two cents, the blue lighting at the lift doors doesn’t really match a high-end hotel vibe.
-Honestly, a bit surprised by the overall quality for an Ibis Styles.
-Overall stay was okay, but nothing really stood out. No “wow” factor.

Simple room. For light sleeper is not recommended because of it close to the MRT station.

My stay at the hotel was generally comfortable but there are some areas for improvement. The location was quite difficult to access. Breakfast so-so.

Great things about this are the location & the clean rooms with great views of the Merdeka tower. The corridors need a thorough makeover. Room service is pretty good.The washroom is literally a squeeze for tall people.

As usual, ibis hotels are very clean and fragrant, but the air conditioner is very dusty. And the quality of the badcover is very thin. Though the pillows are very soft and the mattress is very good. But I really liked choosing a hotel at ibis
