The service was excellent; the original room had a food smell, and they immediately changed it after I brought it to their attention. There's an endless supply of mineral water in the hallway, which is a thoughtful touch.

But here's the catch: when we checked out, one staff member kept following us around as if we were trying to steal something. I was even questioned about two dental floss picks I had taken. Also, some staff members seemed to think their hotel was very high-end and weren't very friendly towards guests; their attitude even came across as a bit arrogant. This is something that definitely needs improvement.
