The room size was decent, and it's close to Columbia University. However, the room facilities are outdated, especially the bathroom, which looks like it hasn't been renovated in ages. There's a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple meals. A large supermarket is conveniently located right across the street.

This hotel is fantastic – the location, surroundings, and the staff's service attitude and professionalism are all top-notch! A special shout-out to the hotel staff for their help; our suitcase wouldn't open late at night, and they quickly sent someone to assist us. We're very grateful. Since our English isn't great, check-in was a bit challenging, but the chubby white gentleman at the front desk was incredibly patient with us. He was absolutely lovely, hahaha. The room was cleaned perfectly every day during our 5-night stay. There's a supermarket right across from the hotel, making it super convenient to buy food and water. If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near 72nd Street Station (about a 5-minute walk). The public transport access is great, and the quality of the accommodation is also excellent. I think it offers the best value for money among hotels near Central Park. During my three-night stay, a cockroach appeared once, but a staff member came immediately and took care of it. I suppose it's somewhat unavoidable given that it's an older property. And the view from the room is absolutely fantastic!

We were deeply impressed by the hotel staff's warmth; everyone from the greeters and bellhops to the front desk was incredibly helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the subway station, and you can reach the Metropolitan Museum by walking through Central Park. There are plenty of options for breakfast and dinner near the hotel. The elevator lobby features traditional local leaf-shaped window decorations. The room facilities are old and definitely can't compare to hotels of the same price point back home, but that's just how hotels are in New York.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the hygiene and service are excellent. The location is also convenient, making it a great choice.

Spacious with a practical kitchenette. Very convenient for getting around, close to the Met and MoMA, and near Central Park – excellent location. The supermarket across the street has a great variety of products. I'd definitely book again.

You really need to lower your expectations when it comes to hotels in the US. A ¥2500/night hotel in New York is equivalent to a ¥400-¥500 hotel in Shenzhen/Shanghai. The facilities are outdated, and both the hallways and rooms have an unpleasant smell. Looking at the wrinkled, poor-quality sheets, I didn't even want to take off my clothes to sleep. Service is almost non-existent; don't expect the standards you'd find back home. The Upper West Side neighborhood is also a mess, with slovenly Black people everywhere and potholed roads. Of course, the entire Manhattan is dilapidated; you won't find a single clean spot.

The staff were very attentive, and the location was super convenient with a great supermarket right across the street.
