This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! It seems not many Chinese know about it, as most guests are Japanese. The New Chitose Airport bus stop is right outside the hotel, and you don't even have to cross the street, which is incredibly convenient. Mitsukoshi and Parco are just a 3-minute walk away. Tanukikoji shopping street is a 5-minute walk, so it's super easy to drop off your shopping bags in your room. Plus, the rooftop bath is so relaxing and they even have ice cream! I highly recommend this as the number one choice in Sapporo. They also have a family room with three beds, which is a big plus!

The room, as always, is small but complete. It's fine for one person. There were stains on the carpet, and I initially thought they couldn't be removed. Being the meddlesome person I am, I used an old toothbrush with shampoo and actually managed to clean a spot 😅. The cleaning staff might want to try that. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Odori Park and a subway entrance downstairs. There's also an airport bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it incredibly convenient. Aside from the somewhat outdated facilities, everything else was pretty good.

It's my second time to stay at Resol Trinity Sapporo.The hotel is near to the shopping area and restaurants.There is also spa available in the hotel.After a long scrolling at the area you can enjoy the Spa at the 14th floor. But one thing i don't like is the pillow because it's too high for my neck and there is some odor that smells bad.

Everything was good, location is perfect, even there is a airport limousine stop right near the hotel entrance. It was very convenient when I have been on my way to airport because of heavy rain. Hotel lobby is very spacious and modern, they suggest beverages for free. My room was a pretty small but it is completely fine for a night stand. Hotel also suggest free public bath, onsen, but there is a tattoo policy, please keep it in mind. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful me in some ways. Definitely, recommended place!

Great location, friendly staff. They provided me complimentary luggages store two days before I checked in. That is wonderful service ! I found my luggages already waiting inside my room when I checked in, big thanks to them, I really appreciate it. The hotel gives dining coupons for hotel guests to use at affiliated local restaurants, eg coupon for free sashimi or free fried chicken cartilage. I had a wonderful dinner !

Very central location to many places in Sapporo.Odori Station is just across the road. A lovely hotel just off of the park. My room was compact but comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained.

The stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were good. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely book this hotel again when I visit next time. Took a picture of nearby scene.

Location is perfect! Airport bus stop, train station, local market/arcade, park right in front! Lucky that we happened to stay during autumn food festival and we were able to enjoy awesome food!
