It was okay, nothing special, but the location was good. The lobby is on the second floor.

The room and bed were quite large and comfortable to sleep in, but the pillows were too soft; there were no latex pillows like those in China. Also, although there was a shower, the water pressure was really poor, and it took a long time to fill the cold water. Breakfast was à la carte, with very few options, but the taste was okay.

I stayed here for one night as a temporary accommodation. It was quite late when I arrived. The room was clean and quite spacious. There's a shopping mall downstairs, and the parking lot is part of the mall's parking. The hotel is very close to the city hall, about a 5-minute walk.

The hotel has a great location, less than five minutes from the city hall. There's a door on the ground floor leading to a nearby shopping mall with a food court offering many affordable options. The hotel reception is attentive, and the bar staff are very friendly; every staff member is welcoming and will proactively use translation software if you encounter language difficulties. Housekeeping is done daily, and bottled water is provided free of charge; you can also ask the front desk for more. The only drawback is that the bathroom fixtures are a bit old.

The hotel has a great location, surrounded by a variety of restaurants to meet all needs, and a supermarket is also nearby. The hotel is Victorian in style, with a classic ambiance. However, the amenities are severely lacking. Before checking in, I specifically called to inquire about an electric kettle, and they said yes, but upon arrival, I discovered there wasn't one. I had to repeatedly request hot water, and the staff were either extremely incompetent or simply careless. If I requested three items, they would definitely provide one less. It took 40 minutes for the kettle to arrive – a very poor experience!

Facilities are average, cleanliness is good, environment is beautiful, service is average.

The room was basic and small, the windows couldn't be opened, but it was relatively clean.
