Conrad Tokyo

We've stayed here twice already. While it might not be the most luxurious hotel in Tokyo, it definitely has the best views! The unbeatable sea view, especially at night with the beautiful city lights by the water, makes sleeping so comfortable. The huge windows and super comfy oversized window seats just fill you with happiness. I won't even go into detail about the other amenities or the breakfast, but there's also an enormous infinity pool and a gym. I can only give it a huge thumbs up! 👍

Decent overall. Dinner was delicious with a good variety of food options in the room. However, breakfast was very average. The room felt a bit old, not sure why, but the service was okay. The location was a bit hard to find.

Even with my Trip.com Hilton Diamond status, I didn't get an upgrade. My room only overlooked the building across the street, and there was no complimentary breakfast or executive lounge access. The service also wasn't as good as at The Imperial; I had to carry my own luggage the whole time, something I never had to do there. This hotel was almost twice the price of The Imperial, and the amenities were very basic. All in all, I won't be booking here again. Of course, it's still a high-end hotel, so it had the essentials.

The room was very clean, and they even gave me a small doll.

We traveled to Nagano Prefecture for 2 days from Tokyo and returned to stay at the Conrad again. This time, we switched to a bay view suite. The room was still spacious, and having two bathrooms was very convenient. The view remained impeccable, and the housekeeping staff did a thorough and clean job. We needed packing tape, and they delivered two large rolls, which was a very thoughtful touch ❤️. The documents we needed printed were also handled very well. We have a small suggestion: could the bathtub be replaced with a deeper model? The current one is too shallow, and taller people can't fully enjoy it.
