Hotel room was really small. No space for luggage or anything inside. Very surprised with how tiny it was. House keeping would change tour towels but won’t tidy or clean the room at all. Not even a single water included as a basic amenity. Location and front desk were the only positive things about this hotel.

The location is decent. Service is very basic; rooms are cleaned every three days, and towels are changed daily. The room isn't big, but it's very close to Takashimaya, and there are plenty of dining options around the hotel.

Strategically located within Namba. However price of hotel for a quadruple can be costly at $310 per night. Room was relatively small but otherwise all was good and well.

Good location, near Namba main station hub... staffs are friendly. One of a few hotels in Osaka where you can use Chromecast app from your mobile device to stream on the tv.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the station, close to both the Hankyu Line and JR. The entrance is a bit small and can be a little hard to spot. There's a FamilyMart downstairs, which is great for grabbing drinks and snacks. The room facilities are good, and you can cast your phone to the TV. There's also a vacuum packing machine in the lobby for 300 yen per use, and washing machines and vending machines on the second floor. Overall, it's a great stay.

The location is quite good. Just across Takashimaya and a short walk to Dotonburi and a few minutes more to Shinsaibashi.  For the price you would expect everyday housekeeping. There’s only cleaning every 3rd day but towel change everyday.   There are 3 washer/dryer combos but not recommended as the timer on the machines are not dependable (takes longer than it shows), and you have to use the wash + dry function to dry your clothes (cannot separate wash and then dry)

This is my second stay here. I came with friends before and thought it was great. It's super close to Namba Station. This time, I'm with my husband, and Shinsaibashi is just a ten-minute walk away. When we get tired from shopping, we can just head back to the hotel to drop off our bags and rest. We can shop until midnight and not feel tired at all, it's super nice!
