The Sheraton is absolutely stunning! The lobby design is super cool and spacious, and the public areas are just gorgeous. They don't have a butler service, but all the staff are friendly. I waited about 40 minutes for check-in and got a free upgrade to a suite. The room was so big it actually made me a bit restless at night! Both balconies offer amazing sea views. Breakfast was pretty average though, not much variety, but the Hainan noodles and Baoluo noodles were delicious. The dining area is nice and cool, and the beach views are incredible. They're very strict about not letting you swim after a certain time, which feels very safe. I'd love to visit Sanya again! The complimentary photoshoot included 5 original photos, and the photographer was pretty good. I paid an extra 100 RMB for retouching.

This is a lovely hotel, and I always choose Sheraton whenever I go to Sanya because my stays here are consistently excellent. From the front desk to the service staff, everyone is welcoming and friendly. The whole resort has a relaxed, vacation-like vibe. This was our third time staying at the Sheraton, and compared to previous visits, the service was still up to standard and the hygiene was impeccable. However, I felt that the breakfast was a bit lacking this time compared to before, especially the hot stir-fried dishes, which had fewer options. That's the only minor drawback; everything else was as consistently good as ever! All in all, I really trust this hotel, and we'll be back in September. I hope the breakfast selection will have improved by then. See you in September!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We had booked a panoramic sea view room online, but due to a system error, our reservation couldn't be found at check-in, and the room type we booked was fully occupied. The front desk staff handled the situation brilliantly, reconfirming our reservation in less than ten minutes and even upgrading us for free to an even higher-tier panoramic sea view suite. As soon as we entered the room, they promptly brought up a bed rail and bottle sterilizer for our child. Kid's toiletries were replenished daily, which was super convenient. The room itself was spacious, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only minor drawback is that the decor feels a bit dated by today's standards. The hotel restaurant offers an amazing view overlooking the lawn and the ocean, making breakfast incredibly pleasant. The hotel activities were also quite engaging. The sea was so blue, and the waves were so white. We definitely hope to visit again!

Stayed at the Sheraton Yalong Bay for 1 night with my 10-year-old, and it definitely exceeded our expectations – a big thumbs up! The highlight for my child was the pool. The kids' area has slides and paddleboards, and the water is clean and not too deep. She'd spend two to three hours in there every day and wouldn't want to leave. I'd just relax on a nearby sun lounger, sip on a coconut, and watch her play – it was so peaceful and enjoyable for me too. The hotel's lawn and beach are truly beautiful. The lawn is large and very green, leading directly to the sea. In the evening, when it wasn't too hot, my child would run wild on the grass, and I'd slowly walk to the beach to feel the waves. The sand was incredibly fine, and the sea was blue; every photo I took looked great. I have to specifically praise the seafood BBQ buffet dinner! The oysters, scallops, and prawns were all grilled fresh, and my daughter loved the oysters. There was also live music, creating a very relaxed atmosphere. My child swayed to the music, and we all had a wonderful time eating. The service was also excellent. The front desk staff noticed we had a child and proactively offered kids' toothbrushes and slippers. The room was clean, making for a comfortable stay. All in all, we were very satisfied with this trip. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Sanya, and it offers good value for money. Highly recommended for families with kids! Oh, and we were also very happy with the complimentary travel photoshoot! The retouched photos turned out really well.

As the first hotel in Yalong Bay, its public areas are stunningly beautiful, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away with fine sand and clear water. The kids' pool has a slide, and my child didn't want to leave. Food delivery orders are placed directly in a cabinet in the lobby, and Baihualing is just a 5-minute drive, making dining and shopping super convenient. Although the rooms are a bit old, their aesthetic appeal and the ease of entertaining kids are top-notch. It's a great value-for-money choice for a family trip.
