HOTEL THE LEBEN OSAKA

Traveling as a family of three, the room was very spacious, and the bed could comfortably fit two adults with extra room to spare, which was a huge plus. We also had no problem fitting two large suitcases in the room. The convenience store downstairs was handy, and it's very close to Shinsaibashi subway station. The lobby on the first floor offered drinks, face masks, and other amenities. It's truly well-suited for family trips. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Osaka in the future.

The room size is quite large for Japan. The bedding is just average. The daily housekeeping only consists of making the bed and taking out the trash; the sofa and table are never tidied up. Most importantly, there is a bad odor in the room, like the smell of damp carpet that hasn't dried properly. Turning on the air purifier didn't help at all.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Shinsaibashi. Both the lobby and the rooms are very clean and spacious. There are three convenience stores nearby, and the hotel also offers free toiletries.

However, there was a strange foot odor when we entered the room, and it persisted for the two days we stayed. Although there's a window, it can't be opened. I wouldn't consider staying here again.

Skincare products are provided, and there's hot soup and other drinks in the lobby. Overall, it's very clean. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a large living area, and the bathroom is also very big. I'll definitely come again next time.

This is a very professional establishment, business is booming, and many tourists stay here. I was very satisfied with the room, especially the spacious bathroom, washroom, and shower area – I absolutely loved that! While the room doesn't need to be huge, a comfortable bathroom is a must for me. In the mornings, there's a coffee and soup bar, and in the afternoons, they provide skincare products and eye masks. Housekeeping is available daily. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart right next door, which is super convenient. The only, and I mean *only*, drawback was the Wi-Fi; it was practically unusable in the room. I had to go to the lobby every day to get a decent connection.

The hygiene, location, and service were all excellent. The only downside was the lack of a restaurant, meaning no breakfast service was available, only breakfast boxes. To be honest, the breakfast boxes were really unappetizing and unhealthy. We stayed for two nights, so we received four breakfast boxes in total. Each box contained two slices of toast; one of them had mousse with fruit filling that was excessively sweet and fatty. It also came with two small salads and a can of overly sweet concentrated juice. I would have much preferred coffee or oolong tea. I strongly advise against paying extra for breakfast. 7-Eleven offers much tastier, healthier, and more filling options, and importantly, it avoids creating unnecessary waste. (The yogurt and boiled egg in the photo were purchased by me from the 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel.)
