The room felt more like a rural guesthouse. The hygiene was indescribably poor. The shampoo and shower gel seemed to be watered down with some unknown substance; you could tell by the old, dirty bottles that they were trying to pass off as something else. The hairdryer was one of those cheap, decade-old models that burns your scalp, so I just gave up on using it. In the evening, I wanted to ask someone to clean up some water on the floor and change the trash bag, but they said there were no staff available as they had all left for the day! The bedding was extremely damp, and to top it all off, I found little bugs in the breakfast. It was a truly awful experience.

It's perfect for family trips and helps you avoid the crowds. Qiong Nan Welcome Fruit: We arrived in the middle of the night and still received thoughtful fruit prepared by the hotel.

Quiet, good air quality, and the breakfast was excellent. It's convenient for visiting Nanshan Temple, and the butler was very attentive and provided thoughtful service.

Absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible! The room reeked of mildew and was incredibly damp, making for a very uncomfortable stay. The hygiene was also appalling; there were tiny bugs all over the floor. When I woke up and went to the restroom, I was shocked to find a cockroach in the toilet. The breakfast was all pre-made and very perfunctory – utterly unappetizing and practically inedible; I would have been better off eating directly in the scenic area. The room walls felt like hollow boards, just like a temporary prefab house. The wet and dry separation was extremely poor, and the mosquito repellent was in an unknown, unlabeled green glass bottle, which I dared not use. I saw videos online and thought it looked good, but I walked straight into a trap and suffered terribly.

To be honest, the hotel's location is unbeatable, the surroundings are great, and the service is good too. Being inside the scenic area, you don't even need to take the mini-train; the hotel provides shuttle services wherever you want to go. However, I'd highly recommend using the scenic area's electric scooter guide robots instead. You can stop and take photos anytime, and once you're done, just drop off the scooter in the corresponding area outside the hotel using the mini-program on your phone, and you're just a short walk back to the hotel. But, I really can't praise the hotel's facilities. On top of that, by a sheer stroke of bad luck (or maybe not so sheer), the water heater broke down at night, so I couldn't wash up. Having to do it in the morning completely threw off my schedule, and I ended up missing my flight (though not entirely due to the wash-up issue).

Facilities: Newly opened hotel, the rooms are spacious, bright, clean and tidy. Hygiene: Very clean, the room is cleaned quickly. Environment: Great location, very convenient to go anywhere, the hotel is very quiet in the scenic area, you can directly see the Guanyin Buddha statue. Service: The butler service is very good and considerate. There is a very thoughtful airport pick-up service. The shuttle bus is available at the entrance of each scenic spot.

If you come to Nanshan to worship Buddha and sightsee, it is really convenient to stay here. The housekeeper is also very enthusiastic and will respond to messages no matter what time you send them. When you go to the Buddha statue, the hotel sightseeing bus will directly send you to the bottom of the Buddha statue, and then wait for you to go to the next scenic spot and contact the housekeeper for the sightseeing bus to pick you up and take you to the next stop. The whole experience is very good. The Xinjiang beauty lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic, thumbs up. Even the cats in the store are very enthusiastic and clingy, and I also petted the cats in the lobby!
