지어진지 얼마안되어 시설이 좋습니다 특히 킹침대 가족 3명이 누워도 넉넉한 크기에 만족스럽습니다 아이 때문에 엑스트라 베드를 추가이용했지만 없어도 충분할것 같아요 다만 제가 이용한 라지 게스트룸에는 욕조가 없어 아쉽네요
수영장 뷰는 훌륭합니다 천장이 있어 시간 날씨상관없이 이용하기 좋아요 물은 좀 차갑습니다 그리고 수영장에 실내 샤워시설이 있어 너무 편리하게 이용했습니다 헬스장에서 수건달라고하면 줘서 샤워까지 마치고 객실로 내려올수 있어요
아쉬운점이라면 5성급 호텔에 맞는 서비스가 이뤄져야하는데 일부직원은 서비스에 문제가 있어 아쉽네요 쿠칭에 가신다면 꼭이용해보세요

Everything is fine at this hotel except lift bell is too loud when it reach the floor desire. Complimentary coffee at lobby bar is good quality.

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Hotel Kuching. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great view of the city. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location is convenient, close to eateries and attractions, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay — highly recommended!

Awesome hotel in the vicinity of waterfront. Clean rooms with modern amenties. Service was friendly and welcoming overall, with international standards. Gym is small but clean. Would highly recommend
