Vipan·Manju Hotel (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Landmark Store)

After booking, the hotel housekeeper immediately contacted me and added me on WeChat. They helped plan my itinerary for the Forest Park and even bought tickets and cable car passes for Tianmen Mountain and the Forest Park, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's breakfast was also delicious, especially the beef noodles – highly recommended! And the fresh-ground coffee from the coffee machine was perfect for me!

Shortly after booking, customer service reached out with directions. Once we arrived in Zhangjiajie, our navigation easily guided us to the hotel. The hotel's parking guidance was very convenient. Check-in was quick, and the room was well-equipped. The shower heated up fast, and it even had a smart toilet. The hygiene was excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again next time. Oh, and the hotel is only a few minutes' drive from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which is super convenient.

There's an elevator, a laundry room, and breakfast is provided. The room was spacious and odor-free, with complete amenities. The bedding was very clean and hygienic (which is a big plus!). The front desk staff were wonderful; they called in advance to offer assistance and were always helpful and accommodating. The price was also reasonable. I was very satisfied with the room this time; it provided a great rest during my trip.

It's also not far from Dongmen, just a few minutes by taxi. The surrounding area seemed residential, but it was very quiet at night. Overall, it was a great stay.

Overall, I'm very satisfied; the hygiene was good. The location was particularly great, being close to the stream. My kids wanted to go play there every day, and finding food was also very convenient. We ate at a different place every day.
