The stay was great, the room is as big as the pictures. I would recommend being early to the breakfast (before 8) otherwise there are long queue and less choice in the breakfast room. As for the breakfast it would be great if the portions were more bigger (a small spoon to serve yourself is not ideal… as if they are trying to watch our food consumption…)

We liked the hotel; the receptionist helped us send our luggage to Tokyo, for which we're especially grateful! The room was small, but it was fine for a couple of nights. The breakfast was buffet-style, and the food was delicious and varied. There was free luggage storage; we left our bags after checkout and picked them up after our city walk. どうもありがとう!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, very convenient and close to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay.
The facilities are great as well, the Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of service.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room size was decent, and it was well-equipped. The front desk service was good. It's about a ten-minute walk from Namba subway station, and the area outside is very lively. There's a free-flowing beverage station on the first floor, where I sat for a while in the evening. The Japanese breakfast was healthy, but I wasn't quite used to it.

The room was small and the comforter had a slight odor, but it was cheap on the day I stayed, and the location was excellent. It's right in Dotonbori, just a few minutes' walk to the Glico Running Man sign and Shinsaibashi if you turn left when you go out.

Having previously stayed at this hotel chain near the airport, I opted for the same chain again when I arrived in Osaka. The room was seriously small! However, the location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around.
