We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute drive from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was a lovely bonus, especially after a long day of exploring! What really stood out was the exceptional level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, from making sure we always had enough drinking water and providing umbrellas when needed, to helping us book national park tickets at a discounted price (approximately $30 cheaper per person than Trip.com!). A special thank you to Sara Li, who was incredibly kind and helpful in assisting us with booking our national park tickets at a much better price. We would also like to give a special mention to Shi Lu, who took the time to sit down with us and walk us through the maps of both Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain. He explained the different routes and helped us plan how to make the most of our visits. His guidance made a world of difference to our trip, and we truly appreciated the time and effort he put into helping us. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

Absolutely amazing! We loved this hotel and the man working there - on the day we arrived we all sat down and he explained and drew out our route on a map so that we knew exactly where to go, he gave us a discount code for the restaurants he recommended and was always there if we needed anything. There are 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and washing liquid available. You can also take as many free bottled waters as you like. The hotel is very clean, quiet and close (walking distance) to restaurants, shops and the east entrance gate and the bus station. I highly recommend this hotel! Our stay was perfect. Thank you!

This is such a lovely boutique lodge, run by a brother and sister, who have both been amazing in curating my experience in Zhangjiajie. The service they provided is beyond any other service experienced. They personally tailored my itinerary, provided amazing recommendations, even checked in on me as I struggled coming down from the infamous National Park 😂 Location-wise, it's 5 mins walk away from the National Park entrance (East Gate), and 6 mins away from the bus station which can take you to Tianmen Mountain/72 Wonder Towers. It's convenient wherever you need to go. The room is clean, modern and amazing for a boutique. And there is laundry on the top floor - major game changer when you're climbing all over the different mountains Zhangjiajie has to offer! Cannot recommend this place enough - you MUST stay here if you're in Zhangjiajie! Thank you! ❤️

Best homestay service and hospitality I've ever experienced! 100% recommended, and trust me, you won't regret staying here. The service starts WAY before you even check in. They helped me A LOT with planning my Zhangjiajie trip, a lifesaver for independent travellers who plan their own itineraries. They can advise you on ANYTHING related to the attractions, help you book tickets, receive parcels on your behalf, and even arrange cars for pick-up and drop-off. Truly top-notch service! A few things to note: There isn't a fridge in the room, but they can store your drinks downstairs on the first floor. There is also no lift, but the owners will always offer to carry your luggage up or down the stairs for you. Trust me, neither of these will stop this place from deserving a 10/10! The owners are two siblings. The brother handles reception at the counter, while the sister manages online customer service. Both are super friendly, and the sister is incredibly responsive and efficient. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, with lots of thoughtful little gestures, and are always happy to accommodate almost every request. I was so grateful that I even decided to buy local snacks and brought it to China for them. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever return to Zhangjiajie!
