We chose this place when traveling with our kids to Wulingyuan. It's right next to the scenic area, so it's super convenient to get to the East Gate of the Forest Park. Coming back to the guesthouse to rest was a breeze. The owner was incredibly helpful and gave us lots of practical tips for traveling with children. The room was clean and comfortable, making our trip very relaxing. Definitely the top choice for visiting Wulingyuan!

I chose Shanzhi Fengho based on a friend's recommendation, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The B&B is in an excellent location, just a five to six-minute walk from the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy, and I had a comfortable stay. There's a dedicated laundry and drying room on the fifth floor, which is very practical for a region like Zhangjiajie with its unpredictable weather. This trip was quite spontaneous, a spur-of-the-moment decision, so I felt a bit uncertain before heading out. The owner's service was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively communicated my needs and schedule before check-in and helped plan the entire itinerary. Upon arrival, they also explained the various routes and precautions in detail and assisted with purchasing scenic area tickets and special performance tickets, saving me a lot of hassle. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the restaurant recommended by the owner had good food. Overall, everything from the location, cleanliness, and facilities to the service was satisfactory. Although my stay was short, the owner's attentive service made the entire trip much more relaxed. It was a very pleasant stay.

The service is attentive and warm, and they respond quickly to any issues. The guesthouse environment is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, allowing for great relaxation after a tiring hike. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making life very convenient, and their recommended dining spots were excellent. Everything, from the location, cleanliness, and facilities to the service, was outstanding. Thanks to the owner for the warm service – it was a truly wonderful experience.

Staying here when visiting Zhangjiajie was incredibly convenient. We could walk directly to the East Gate, and it was lovely to stroll back to the guesthouse after dinner. We felt right at home during our stay, which lasted two nights, and it was great value for money. The twin beds could even be pushed together to form a super-large bed, which was an awesome experience!

First and foremost, I have to commend the owner for being incredibly kind and helpful. They even planned our itinerary for us! We had bought tickets online for the North Gate, but the owner advised us it was too far and suggested we try buying tickets at the East Gate instead, saying we might still get in. And indeed, we did! This saved us a two-hundred-yuan taxi fare and a lot of time. The room also had a large bathtub, which was incredibly comfortable for a soak.

This hotel is conveniently located within a few hundred meters of the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, with easy access to dining, entertainment, and transportation. What exceeded our expectations the most were the two siblings who own the place – they were warm, kind, and provided us with the most convenient service. If we ever go back, we'll definitely stay here again.

The environment is clean and tidy. Our room had a window that could be opened, allowing for fresh air. There's also a small tea table by the window, perfect for brewing your own tea and relaxing – it really adds to the ambiance. The service was warm, proactive, and hospitable. They patiently explained every attraction and meticulously marked them on the map, which was very thoughtful. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here!
