The environment is great, and they offer afternoon tea. It's super convenient for sightseeing from the East Station and taking photos. Highly recommend staying here! The cleaning staff (Ayi) did an amazing job, it was very clean. Overall, a great stay with a good experience.

This is my first time in Henan, and a friend recommended I visit Zhengzhou. So, I came to Mixc City, which is a huge mall; I spent several hours there and still didn't see everything. In the evening, it only took me a few minutes to walk back to the hotel. They even offered me a complimentary car service, but I didn't use it.

I highly recommend this hotel! The design is superb, the lobby is elegant, and the room details are meticulously thought out, with air purifiers and a separate wet/dry bathroom that's very functional. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, it's quiet, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The 24-hour laundry room and gym are incredibly thoughtful amenities, and the service is attentive without being intrusive. They even offer a very thoughtful laundry service when needed!

This hotel's proximity to the East Station is fantastic! The location is superb, just a short walk to the subway, and directly across from MixC shopping mall, making getting around and shopping super convenient. The hotel staff are all wonderful. I've stayed here multiple times for business trips and highly recommend it.

I actually booked the wrong hotel, and it was quite a distance from my destination. But as soon as I entered, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique and cozy design. The front desk service was incredibly attentive; I had a lot of luggage, and they even helped me carry it from the car to my room. They also brought fresh fruit, which was a delightful unexpected bonus!

My overall experience checking in was absolutely fantastic. The location is super convenient for getting around, the room was spotless and tidy, with great natural light and a nice view. The bedding was so soft, I slept really soundly.

Every time I come to Zhengzhou for a business trip, I always make it a point to stay at this hotel. Breakfast aside, I love staying here just for the service provided by the ladies. One time, I woke up late and didn't have time to dry my clothes, so one of the staff members went and dried them for me in the early hours of the morning. For that alone, I'll always choose to stay here, haha!
