I’m very satisfied and happy that I have selected this home stay, the interior design is very nice relaxing and creative. also, what I want to really say that the staff provided an amazing experience for us, with their kindness, support, and respect. They welcome us with a smile and support us all the way, arranging the attractions for us and explaining each one and how to go to it, provide an amazing services and atmosphere 🥹🤍. What a great stay we had at this homestay hotel! We were well taken care of by Man Man, he arranged bookings for restaurants and transport for our group of 10. It’s conveniently located right opposite the Avatar mountains. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are unique and the pool bar was gorgeous!

The service is top notch. Very very personal services and ensuring our transportation is taken care of. The hotel also recommended very good restaurants and we all enjoyed very well! The location is perfect as you are near food outlets, markets and massages. Definitely come back again i

Highly recommended accomodation as it is luxurious, very clean, has all the required amenities and free drinks (beer, water and some juice). The attached photos speaks for itself. Excellent proximity to the National Park East Gate entrance and restaurants all within walking distance. This is by far one of the best accomodation I have stayed at. The customer service by Yuanyuan and Xiaotang is exceptional, they go above and beyond what is expected from any hotel and without any extra hidden costs. Upon checking in I was invited to a free breakfast, they assisted with tickets purchase at discounted rates, will provide directions and even plan your trip for the attractions, assisted with calling DiDi (ride hailing service), and even assisted with my washing and drying although the laundry was self-service. Yuanyuan and Xiaotang was even answering my questions and Enquiries that I had at midnight and helped me obtain a refund for one of the attractions I decided to cancel at last minute. The refund was processed immediately without any heistation. They even assisted with Enquiries I had about attractions at Qixing Mountain, which is outside of their local area. Thankyou for the wonderful experience, will definitely come back again and highly recommend to others.

I will start of by saying the hotel is soooo beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The bed was beyond comfortable and i had so many good nights of sleep. The hotel staff is beyond friendly! Always ready to help and t otake care of you with whatever question you might have. I want to really thank the hotel staff for making this such a pleasant stay. Lastly, one of the best points were that the hotel planned all the activities for me to zhangjiajie park and the only thing i had to do was voice my wishes and they would take care of it. Every night we had a information moment of 5 min where the hotel staff would explain tomorrow’s activity. As a type A person this was one of the best services ever. I had the best 4 days/ 5 nights there ever. And lastly thank you for making my birthday so special! I will forever appreciate it!

We recently stayed at Stone Haven Zhangjiajie, and we simply have to say that the hotel and its service team were exceptionally wonderful! A special shoutout to Man Man, Xiaoyu, and the entire team for taking such great care of us, from the thoughtful arrangements before our arrival to making sure we were transported safely and comfortably back to the railway station. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality truly made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The F&B team deserves a special mention too. Knowing how much we loved the croissants, they went the extra mile to prepare fresh ones for us even when they had run out. It was such a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that really showed how much they cared about their guests. All in all, our stay was a truly wonderful and memorable experience.
