The rooms were really comfortable and clean, and they even have an infinity pool! The bed and pillows were fantastic for sleeping. The service team was incredibly friendly, and the manager did a great job – they even upgraded us to a better room! So sweet! They also gave us some snacks to go with our drinks. Both rooms of friends were super happy. Definitely recommend, we'll be back next time!

Employees were incredibly attentive and friendly: quickly solved any questions, gave useful tips on the city (helped with the construction of routes on attractions). The hotel is near the entrance to the National Park (foot meters 500), but at the same time in a quiet and noisy place. If you leave the hotel and go to the side of the promenade, you can see many shops, cafes and restaurants. Read reviews about food. Food is great, Cook and girls from the restaurant constantly interested in all whether delicious and liked us. One day we had a buffet, a day on the menu was given breakfast. The B&B wasn't as big as I'd imagined. I booked a 140sqm courtyard room, but it didn't feel that spacious, leading me to believe the 140sqm includes the courtyard area. This unique B&B truly deserves its 5.0 rating! We visited in February, and the weather in Zhangjiajie was quite unpredictable, switching between cold and warm.
