Park Hyatt Changsha

The Grand Hyatt Changsha boasts an excellent location, nestled within the IFS financial center. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, and Cecili provided meticulous service. After checking out, I realized I'd left something in my room, and they handled it very promptly. Plus, the 48th-floor pool is stunning. Definitely worth another stay!

Escaping the hustle and bustle, I found the perfect urban oasis at Park Hyatt Changsha. The Cloud Room was quiet and comfortable. Waking up to a misty Xiang River in the morning and enjoying the illuminated Orange Isle at night, every moment was picturesque. Cecili provided excellent service.

Stayed at Park Hyatt Changsha with my family during Chinese New Year. The location is excellent, very close to Orange Isle and Xiangjiang River. The weather was also great these past two days, offering an unobstructed high-altitude view from this luxury hotel. Our entire stay was wonderful, and I'd like to specially thank Carol for her thoughtful arrangements; she made us feel right at home.

The hotel's amenities remind me a bit of the Andaz in Xiamen; I was very satisfied with my stay and felt well looked after. Whenever I called the front desk, they were always accommodating, and the staff I encountered on my floor were always friendly and greeted me warmly.

No matter which city I visit, choosing Park Hyatt never disappoints. The breakfast is excellent, even down to the coffee beans. The timed delivery of small snacks is exquisite and unique. The room facilities and bathroom hardware selections are top-notch, offering both functionality and design—definitely worth it!

Located in the heart of Wuyi Square, the room offers direct views of the Xiang River and Orange Isle, with stunning night lights. The breakfast is semi-buffet style, but the variety is a bit limited compared to other Park Hyatt locations. The 62nd-floor lobby is indeed tiny, and the room isn't very spacious. The air conditioning was too hot in winter. They provided a lounge for our evening flight, which was a nice touch, offering fruit, bottled water, and coffee. Special thanks to Carol from Guest Experience for being incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. She was always there to answer questions and fulfill requests, truly warm and thoughtful!
