LOTTE CITY HOTEL JEJU AIRPORT

The hotel has a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby, right in the city center. The room was clean and the view was good too. I recommend staying here.

Fantastic stay! We arrived late on the first night and had a minor issue, but they helped us change rooms right away. The rest of our stay was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent – very convenient for transport, super close to the airport, and there's even a hospital nearby. You can pay the deposit with WeChat too!

My overall stay was quite average. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, and the room's facilities are quite old, with maintenance that's only so-so. The carpet looked rather dirty with visible signs of wear, and the quality and comfort of the bedding didn't meet my expectations. Furthermore, the bed's design wasn't comfortable for me; I even fell during my stay and my backside hurt for quite a while, which definitely impacted my experience. Service-wise, I didn't encounter any major issues, and the hotel's location is reasonably convenient. However, if you're particularly concerned about the newness of the room, cleanliness, and bedding comfort, this place might not be the best fit.

Located right above Lotte Duty Free Shop, check-in is conveniently on the 6th floor. It's just a short walk across the street to Baojian Road. The service is good, and the rooms are quite nice, offering distant views of the airport and the sea. The airport is only 10 minutes away, and there's a free shuttle bus every hour in the morning, ending at 12:00 PM. Downsides: 1. The swimming pool costs extra. 2. Breakfast is quite expensive, though it is good. You can find more affordable options outside.

Everything was quite satisfactory. I would choose this place again next time. The room was cleaned on time every day, and a bottle of mineral water was provided daily for each person. Lotte Duty Free Shop is right downstairs, and there are many convenient options for dining and shopping nearby.

Located above Lotte Mall, it's convenient for shopping and very close to the airport. For a hotel costing over 1,000 per night on a weekday, the environment and room facilities are truly very average. I'm not usually one to complain, but the front desk staff's service attitude was extremely poor! There was no Chinese service, and communication was difficult due to the language barrier. They were also impatient with translation apps. Guests arriving in the lobby were told to store their own luggage in the baggage room. Their demeanor towards Westerners and Chinese guests was completely different, despite the fact that 80% of Lotte Mall shoppers are Chinese.

A very average hotel. Other than the Lotte Duty Free shop downstairs (which is pointless if you aren't planning to shop), it has zero advantages... They do offer a free airport shuttle... The pool costs extra, which makes no sense to me... Is it because you can watch the planes at the airport from there??? Never staying here again 😁

The hotel was very clean, and the environment was quite good. The only thing is the room was a bit cramped, so we had to put our luggage in separate areas. It's located right above Lotte Duty Free, with Olive Young, Paris Baguette, and a supermarket nearby. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I would consider staying here again.
