Show More ReviewsThe Nanshan Guanyin Statue in Sanya is solemn and majestic. Standing 108 meters tall in the middle of the azure sea, the three-faced Guanyin is breathtaking from afar. Each of the three faces has a different design, rich in symbolism. Walking along the boardwalk allows for closer worship and a more tranquil atmosphere. The entire park is lush with greenery, the sea breeze is refreshing, and the Nanshan Temple exudes an ancient charm and profound Zen spirit. With the azure sea on one side and Buddhist culture on the other, it offers both scenic beauty and cultural depth, making it ideal for quiet prayer and photography. The park is quite large, so it's recommended to allow ample time for a leisurely visit. The downsides are that it gets very crowded during holidays, leading to long queues, and the food prices within the park are relatively high. Overall, this is not only a landmark in Sanya but also a place where one can find inner peace and experience the Zen-like tranquility of the mountains and sea.
