Super lovely hotel with a quiet and great location by the river. The transfer boat to and from the hotel to the city center is highly recommended. Nice and spacious rooms, and the service is top-notch. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the service is attentive and thoughtful, making you feel right at home. Both the Western and Chinese breakfast selections are particularly noteworthy. The staff are warm, friendly, and provide professional and attentive service. I was very satisfied with both the front desk reception and the room service. It made my trip very comfortable and relaxing.

A truly perfect travel experience. This hotel made me fall in love with the city. The attentive service, high-quality accommodation, perfect weather, and the unparalleled pool and sunset yacht cruise make it ideal for a romantic getaway.

For this price, I could have stayed at the Park Hyatt, yet the service here falls far short. My daughter didn't wake up in time for breakfast, so we asked the restaurant to pack it to our room. They accommodated us the first day, but on the second day, they started throwing various rules and regulations at us. It wasn't until I gave them a stern piece of my mind and asked why it was allowed yesterday but not today that they reluctantly agreed. It is unheard of for a luxury resort of this caliber to hide behind rigid policies to restrict guest requests. Also, when we checked out, they asked us to return two small cans of tea leaves, even though my entire family clearly heard during the check-in briefing that they were complimentary. The location is very remote; taking a taxi to the city center costs anywhere from 40 to 50 RMB.

I booked a suite at this hotel. Before checking in, the hotel sent a message saying smoking was allowed on the balcony in designated areas. However, when checking out, the front desk said smoking was not allowed on the balcony either. They charged me a 20 million Vietnamese Dong fine from the 20 million I paid at check-in. Is this hotel just surviving on smoking fines?
