Nanshan Hotel

The rooms are very clean, and the location is excellent, making it the best choice for visiting Nanshan Scenic Area. Both the hardware and software conditions, as well as the service, are superb. The only suggestion for improvement is to have a wider variety of dishes for lunch and dinner.

The twin room with an extra bed in Building 6 was generally good. We stayed for one night and then took a bus to Guanyin Temple the next morning, which was easy as there weren't many people. Service: When we arrived, it wasn't crowded, and the shuttle service was prompt and convenient. However, ordering takeout meant we had to take a concierge car to Post 810 to pick it up, which felt a bit inconvenient. Cleanliness: It was pretty good. The room did have a musty smell, but it disappeared after running the air conditioner for a while. A more significant issue was the air conditioner in Building 6 was quite noisy. Facilities: The lobby offers a nice view of Guanyin. Breakfast was a bit on the pricey side for the value, but acceptable.

The off-season price was great, and it included meals and a golf cart. It was a truly distinguished experience.

Xiaolin and Huang provided excellent service, helping us upgrade to a higher floor with a better view. The hotel's breakfast was plentiful, and they offer a free shuttle bus service between the hotel and the scenic area. The service was thoughtful, making it a great place to relax and unwind.

An absolutely amazing experience, highly recommended for visitors traveling with seniors and children. The all-inclusive package covers tickets, shuttle service, and room fees. The hotel service is excellent, with shuttle buses available for check-in and round trips to the scenic area. The bedding quality is superb, with just the right firmness. If you're coming to the Nanshan Cultural Tourist Area, you must stay here. The experience is fantastic, I loved it!

Staying at Yingbin Hotel again, and as always, the service was excellent. A special thanks to Xiao Lin, Xiao Lian, Huang Tongxue, and Xiao Zhen for not only upgrading my room but also granting a late check-out. This is definitely my top choice for hotels when visiting Nanshan!

Even though it was raining on our first day, our check-in experience was exceptional. The driver braved the heavy rain to pick us up and didn't show any reluctance, which we truly appreciated. All the staff at check-in were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded us to a room with a fantastic view. We were extremely satisfied and grateful 🙏. Breakfast was also incredibly rich. Luckily, when we went up to the Guanyin observation deck, the rain stopped, and it didn't rain at all for the rest of our trip. Sanya is just too beautiful, and the people are wonderful – it was truly a fantastic trip.

The room was quiet and clean. The duvet covers were incredibly soft, so I had a great night's sleep. Xiao Yao, who helped me check in late at night, was still very enthusiastic. She proactively reminded me of all the important details and even upgraded my room to one with a view of Guanyin. Thanks and highly recommended!

Came here to sincerely worship Bodhisattva. Staying here was so convenient! We entered the park at 8 AM sharp, avoided all the queues, and saw all the attractions. Sincerity brings miracles! From now on, this will be my first stop in Sanya. A one-day stay here truly rejuvenates the mind and body.
