The room was very spacious, with a kitchen and living room, perfect for a family trip. The only downsides were that the WiFi couldn't access Chinese social media platforms, and the basement setup was a bit inconvenient (no bedside tables; outlets were far away). The female staff member was very nice and helped us with our luggage.

The room was nice, with several skylights. Direct sunlight could make it quite hot, but you can close them and turn on the air conditioning. There are lockers downstairs, which require a €1 lock. The self-service check-in machine is by the door, so overall it's quite convenient.

It was a very nice and comfortable room. It had a living room, dining room, and bedroom, and was very spacious. There were also two shower rooms, so even though we stayed with five people, it wasn't a problem. We were able to leave our luggage in the coin lockers after checking out. It's the perfect place to leave your luggage and go sightseeing.

Check-in was very convenient, incorporating technology. If I forgot my card at night, I could retrieve it through a machine. Being able to cook and do laundry was incredibly convenient when I was out with the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, making it a great place for kids to cook their own meals, like noodles, during their extended stay. The room was also very well designed, with two bathrooms and a spacious balcony.

This apartment has a good location. The surrounding environment is also good. The whole room is quite large, with a large bed suite and a sofa bed, which is no problem for 4 people. There is also a relatively large kitchen, but unfortunately we only stayed for one night, so we didn't use it. Our European trip started in Madrid. So I was a little confused after taking a taxi to the hotel after sitting on a plane for more than ten hours, and forgot to take pictures of the interior of the room. However, there are many restaurants around downstairs, and our branch ate at the restaurant diagonally opposite this apartment. Overall, it's not bad.

The self-service features of this apartment are a definite plus. Self-check-in and check-out save a lot of waiting time, which is great for efficiency-conscious people. The spacious layout and homey atmosphere are rare finds, especially with the kitchenware, washing machine, and laundry supplies all provided. It perfectly meets the needs of long-term stays or those who want to manage their own lives, making for a very comfortable stay. Such amenities truly enhance the experience, bringing the convenience of "home" into the hotel.

It was a place that doubled the fun of Madrid. I was able to relax in a spacious room, and the kitchen was great, so I was able to cook without any inconvenience. It is located in a place where you can get to the main attractions in the city in about 15 minutes, and we even walked to Gran Via for exercise. I would be willing to use it again the next time I visit Madrid.

The room is clean and self-check-in is convenient. Our family, four adults and one child, has two queen beds and two double beds which are enough for us. There is a bed behind the living room that is separated by a curtain, so there is no problem for a family. It may be a little inconvenient for several families. Two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have cooked a few meals. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine which are very convenient. Cleaned every day. Just no kitchen scissors. There was also a little lack of coffee. Five people who stayed for three nights were only given two coffee capsules. Others are perfect. like very much. The location is very good, just ten minutes walk to Sun Palace Square. Retiro Park is not far either.
