The receptionist man was extremely helpful in directing us where to park and moved our 2 heavy luggages up the staircase to 2nd floor. The buffet breakfast was extremely well served, even with Prosecco. The restaurant was facing the garden which was so comfortable under the beautiful weather. The room was very cleaned and professionally equipped with all amenities. The building was a heritage building with lots of art pieces to admire. It was a very pleasant experience to stay here.

The room was spacious and the best room in the whole trip. The breakfast was not very varied, but the ingredients were good and very delicious! The location is excellent and it is very convenient to walk to the old town!

Villa Fanny is an absolute gem. The height of elegance and style. Our two nights were intended to be a quick stop on our way to the island's beaches, but I now wish I'd spent another day or two here. One of the most spacious rooms and most comfortable beds I've ever slept in (I had to set an alarm to avoid sleeping through their delicious breakfast). I won't consider anyplace else the next time I'm in Cagliari.

Nice property but the room was very small. We were not offered an upgrade despite being a VIP property. We’ve actually noticed that we are rarely offered upgrades especially at hotels outside of the US. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and the ambience was very nice. The property was about about a 10-15 min walk to nearby restaurants.

Loved our stay in Suite Fanny! Great staff, beautiful hotel gave us great recommendation to nearby restaurant! Definitely pay for parking lot less stressful! Our room was beautiful!
