The room is quite spacious, and I love the minimalist decor. 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' (the smart assistant) was quite responsive. The surrounding environment: The room has good soundproofing, and it's very quiet at night. Service: Excellent service.

The front desk service was excellent, and they even upgraded our room. The area is very quiet! The smart home system was super convenient to use, and the room was clean and tidy. It's also close to the subway station, with shared bikes and electric scooters readily available nearby, which is a huge plus! There's a shopping mall not far away, and they even have robots delivering takeout.

Came to Suzhou with a friend and checked in really late, but the front desk always had someone there. They helped us check in quickly, even upgraded our room, and gave us a tourist guide. Staff would also greet us proactively when we saw them.
