The hotel front desk was excellent and incredibly responsive to all requests. The hotel environment is very new and kept immaculately clean.

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with excellent facilities. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, and the front desk lady was very kind. I really loved this place and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Came to Suzhou with a friend and checked in really late, but the front desk always had someone there. They helped us check in quickly, even upgraded our room, and gave us a tourist guide. Food deliveries were all handled by a robot, which felt really secure. Every day before cleaning, they'd contact us first, so no one just entered our room randomly. Staff would also greet us proactively when we saw them. On the first day, the hotel offered a free room upgrade. The room was clean and tidy. On the last day, I had plenty of time before my flight, so I spent more time at a tourist attraction and couldn't check out on time. When I got back, the hotel kindly offered a complimentary late check-out, which was excellent service!

The hotel's location is super convenient, right by the subway entrance. The staff are all really nice, and the facilities are top-notch. Having a smart speaker and a projector in the room was a huge plus, seriously cool! I definitely recommend this place and will stay here again next time. So good!
