Hard Rock Hotel New York

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, as were the employees in the restaurant and rooftop bar. The ambiance is typical Hard Rock, making it quite unique. The bed was large and comfortable, and we slept very well. The hotel's location is excellent; Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park are all within walking distance. The subway and bus stops are just around the corner, which is very convenient. We also had breakfast at the hotel, and it was delicious. The coffee machine in our room wasn't working, but the technician promptly checked and fixed it – very competent service! The only minor issue was the somewhat noisy air conditioning, which is why I'm deducting a point. I've also uploaded a picture of the shower because I found the shower fixture very practical. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We arrived 2 hours early and the rooms were ready, but they wouldn't check us in without an extra $200. This is the first hotel I've encountered with such a policy. We won't be staying there again.

The room was clean and comfortable, with new facilities. Its proximity to Times Square was incredibly convenient! There's a 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel, and plenty of great restaurants within a 7-8 minute walk. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The room was very new and spacious, especially the bathroom, which was quite large by Manhattan standards. The location is a bit of a mixed bag; it's right in Times Square, which is super central but also very noisy and chaotic. However, the soundproofing in the room was generally good. I'm deducting one star for service because one morning around 8 AM, the cleaning lady swiped her card to open my door even after I responded three times that someone was in here...
