No feedback from technical support. Check-in is done by providing a code from the hotel, but I never received the code via email. As a result, I had trouble contacting technical support when checking in late at night.

Seven days before check-in, you can register guest information via a provided link. On the day of arrival, we received the main door and room passcodes before 2 PM Spanish time. Since there's no front desk, registering guest information is crucial! The apartment entrance is discreet, located next to the more prominent Only You hotel. The main door automatically opens using a passcode link received on the check-in day. The room has a keyless entry, requiring a passcode. Security is excellent, and the room is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher, though I didn't use them. It's quiet both day and night. The location is great, with many highly-rated restaurants within a 10-minute walk – just use Google Maps to find them. For popular spots, it's best to book online in advance. There's a metro station and multiple supermarkets within 5 minutes. Getting to attractions is easy; Retiro Park is within walking distance, and the Royal Palace is a 20-minute walk away. If you prefer not to walk, the metro or bus are convenient options.

The hotel facilities were very old. The password was displayed incorrectly multiple times when I entered the room, and I had to call the staff to resolve the issue. In addition, the shower area was extremely cramped, making it almost impossible to turn around.

The hotel is great, located in the city center with convenient access to shopping areas. It's within walking distance of Plaza de España. The hotel rooms are large and well-equipped, with a kitchen and refrigerator for preparing food.

The rooms and services are very good. However, the camera cannot be turned on and the passport cannot be photographed when registering via an email link with a Huawei phone. When registering with an Apple phone, the signature cannot be signed, which is very difficult.

位置很好，步行可以到達大部分景點，儲存行李要收費，就衞生喝位置而言，推薦入住。
