The room was quite clean and the hygiene was good. There's a small fridge, and the location is fantastic – it's convenient to go anywhere and find food. The room is a bit small, and the duvet is very thin, so I felt a bit cold sleeping.

The location of the room was absolutely perfect, 100/100! It was super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. We could easily walk to the riverbank to see the night view, enjoy a city walk, or catch public transport. Just perfect. The facilities were new and spotlessly clean. They even left a handwritten service card, which made the experience even better than a five-star hotel in Cairns. Right across the street is the iconic station. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Melbourne.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, very centrally located, right next to a lane full of rated restaurants, opposite flinders station. Room and bathroom were very clean. Quiet.

Location is good, just in the city center and right opposite the train station. Easy to go around. one thing need to improve is the toilet towel provided need to check properly, found out have hairs.

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were lovely, even giving us cookies. The hotel's location is super convenient, within a ten-minute walk of all the main attractions. The only downside is that the room itself was a bit small.

Had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melbourne! The location is perfect right across from Flinders Street Station and within walking distance to great cafes and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with beautiful city views. Staff were warm and attentive and made check-in smooth (loved the welcome cookie!). Would definitely return for both business and leisure trips.
