Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva

The facilities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the overall design of the hotel.

It is an old hotel so the lifts are slow and old. There is renovation work so a bit inconvenient that some workers walking along the floor. The Michelin restaurant service is perfect

A true five star experience over and over again at FS Geneve. We were always greeted by name by all front of the house staff and they are all super kind and attentive. Kenza was amazing and going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed on both check in occasions. We stayed only for a day on two occasions and whenever we are in Geneve this is our stop always. Concierge were super helpful and kind and always organize best drivers. Breakfast staff are all amazing as well as food options and drinks. Cant wait to return

The Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is beautifully located right next to Lake Geneva and offers a great base for exploring the city. During our stay, the hotel was undergoing some construction work, which unfortunately affected the overall experience slightly. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and very comfortable. What really stood out, however, was the impeccable service throughout the entire stay. Every interaction was warm, attentive and highly professional. Breakfast is relatively small, but the quality is excellent, particularly the à la carte options, which are a real highlight. The spa is rather small and offers a steam room, but unfortunately no sauna. The indoor swimming pool is very pleasant, although its connection to the spa area feels somewhat unusual and could be better integrated. Overall, a beautiful luxury hotel with excellent rooms, an outstanding location and truly exceptional service. The construction work and somewhat limited spa facilities are the main drawbacks, but the overall experience was still very positive.

Very unprofessional & terrible experience at Salon Dufour! First of all, when we entered the hotel, no one opened the door for us. I thought this was a 5 star hotel? We were there for afternoon tea at precisely 3pm & there was nothing on the menu but snacks & drinks. We waited for someone to take our order, but after 15 minutes I had to go to reception & ask for someone to help us. Finally a server came & took our orders & it took a while to get our drinks. The server put our tea cups down in a messy way & not in front of each person. Then when the tea pots came the server poured the tea & it dripped on both the teapot & the tea cup saucers. He never apologized or changed our tea cups. I wholly expect Four Seasons to have impeccable service as they are world-renowned & the atmosphere & service to be perfection. Instead this was a waste of time & money. I will never return.
