The environment and facilities are fantastic. The hotel even thoughtfully provides a dedicated area for borrowing down jackets. The service from Liora and MAX was exceptional. The stargazing and ******* incense-making activities organized by the hotel were also a lot of fun—it was my first time seeing such a breathtaking starry sky. The room faces the snow-capped mountains directly. The weather finally cleared up a bit right before we left, and the view is truly unbeatable.

Jinmao Purelax Lijiang Mountain Hotel truly lives up to the reputation of "sleeping right inside Jade Dragon Snow Mountain." We stayed in the Purelax Snow Mountain King Suite—starting at a spacious 86 sqm, it was incredibly comfortable. With floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and a private mountain-view balcony, there was no need to brave the morning crowds at Ganhaizi; we could just catch the sunrise over the snow-capped peaks right from bed or the terrace. The resort is designed like a traditional Naxi village, and the central heating kept us warm despite the chilly high-altitude mornings and evenings. The service was top-tier, just as expected from a Marriott-affiliated property: the butler was super responsive, seamlessly arranging our mountain entry permits, luggage, and activity bookings. They also provided oxygen cylinders daily, which really put our minds at ease regarding altitude sickness. Dining at the Snow Scene Pavilion was spot on—the yak hot pot and Naxi rice noodles were delicious, and having afternoon tea against the backdrop of the snow mountains was an absolute 10/10 experience.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the scenic area of Snow Mountain. The service was also exceptional, especially the restaurant staff who really touched my heart! Thank you for your hospitality.

Although the hotel's location isn't super convenient for getting around, all the facilities are excellent and cover all daily needs. The hotel also provides a dedicated shuttle service to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and you can even borrow down jackets for free, so there's no need to worry if you haven't packed warm clothes. The breakfast is quite extensive, but what I loved most were the desserts and local snacks during the afternoon happy hour – they tasted really good! Next time I'm in Lijiang, even if I don't visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, I'll definitely come back to experience the Jinmao Hotel again.

Very wonderful trip here. The hotel's view is fantastic, and the facilities and services are absolutely top-notch. Owen and Liora provided excellent service, responded quickly, and were very capable at resolving issues. I'd love to come back again if I get the chance!

The hotel has been open for a while, so I won't comment on the facilities, but the service seems to be its strong suit. 👍: Dinner on September 4th: Manager Xu was proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about his work. 👎: Breakfast on September 5th: Photo 1: There was no watermelon juice in the buffet area, so a male staff member with short hair made some in the back. Photo 2: The watermelon juice already squeezed in the back. Photo 3: Comparing the freshly made watermelon juice from the back with the first batch. Photo 4: Only a small amount of the second batch of watermelon juice was left. After adding half a cup of plain water, it turned into Photo 5. Several staff members insisted that no water was added to the first batch of watermelon juice, attributing it to stratification and other reasons. They ganged up to test the customer's intelligence, which then led to Photos 2 through 5.

Finally got to stay at the highly anticipated Jinmao Pursun Hotel Lijiang, and it made my entire trip complete! The hotel is uniquely situated within the Yulong Snow Mountain scenic area, offering an unparalleled location. The rooms directly face the Thirteen Peaks of Yulong, providing an unobstructed panoramic view. Each room comes with an extra-large viewing balcony, allowing you to relax and wait for the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' without leaving your room. The rooms are spacious, decorated with Naxi cultural elements, creating a wonderful ambiance. Underfloor heating throughout ensures a warm and comfortable stay at this high altitude. The hotel thoughtfully provides oxygen cylinders and humidifiers, fully addressing concerns about altitude sickness. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation, a large bathtub for relaxing soaks, and soft, comfortable bedding for a good night's sleep. Throughout my stay, WeChat butlers Owen and Liora provided excellent service. Before arrival, they proactively reminded me about high-altitude precautions. Owen was highly responsive, communicating promptly via WeChat for any needs and patiently answering all my questions. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the staff were warm and polite. The park's electric carts were available on demand, making luggage transfer effortless. The food at Xuejingge Restaurant was outstanding, especially the yak hotpot with its delicious, tender meat. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and you could enjoy the snow mountain view while dining. The hotel boasts extensive facilities, and the nighttime stargazing activity at the observatory was stunning and unforgettable. They also offer unique cultural experiences like tie-dyeing and Dongba culture workshops, enriching the holiday. The fireplace in the lobby was warm and serene, and the public areas were elegantly designed and perfect for photos. The hotel offers strong privacy, away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient city, providing a peaceful and healing environment. The staff were proactive and thoughtful, offering warm and detailed service. The hotel is well-maintained, and the park environment is clean and tidy. Here, you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the snow mountain, feeling completely on vacation. It's definitely my top choice for a hotel in Lijiang, haha!

The hotel is located within the Yulong Snow Mountain scenic area, about a 10-minute drive from the tourist service center. Other than that, it has no redeeming qualities. The decor, dating back to 2015, is now quite outdated. What's most unacceptable is that the hotel boasts its 'best view' rooms in the front row, yet they directly face a wedding photo shoot base. From the balcony, you can make direct eye contact with the guests having their photos taken. Hosts start shouting into microphones as early as 9 AM, and even during a post-breakfast stroll through the grounds, you're accompanied by the noisy background music of wedding photo shoots. There's absolutely none of the tranquility one would expect at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain.

Stayed for one night, and our room faced Yulong Snow Mountain directly. Opening the window revealed the breathtaking sight of the sun shining on the golden peaks – both the view and service were impeccable. The yak hot pot was warming, and the butler was very responsive. This is definitely the most worthwhile snow mountain hotel to stay at in Lijiang!
