We stayed at Sanouva Saigon Hotel for 2 nights, and this is a stay we will truly remember ❤️
What touched us the most was not just the service, but the warmth and sincerity from every staff member.
Everyone was so kind and welcoming — especially Ms. Chen at the front desk, Duy, and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage (I didn’t manage to get his name, but thank you so much 🥹).
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we never had to carry our luggage ourselves.
Under the hot sun, they even went out to the roadside to check if our car had arrived.
It’s these little things that made us feel so cared for.
We were traveling with children, and had requested a baby cot in advance.
But what we received was so much more than expected —
a kids pillow, blanket, safety bed guard, and even children’s storybooks.
Every detail was so thoughtful, it truly meant a lot to us as parents.
Breakfast may not have a huge variety, but everything was made with care and tasted delicious.
The fish porridge was especially sweet and comforting, and we loved the freshly made Vietnamese pho and egg dishes👍🏻
The location is also perfect —
just a short 3–5 minute walk 🚶🏻to
Ben Thanh Market, Pizza 4P’s, and nearby money exchange shops.
Most importantly, thank you for taking such good care of us during our stay.
Traveling with children can be challenging, and we feel so thankful and lucky that we chose your hotel.
Because of all of you, this trip became even more beautiful and memorable ❤️
